I have stayed here many times over the last 10 years. It was built for tourists, mostly Chinese nationals, who come to the area to enjoy the mountains, lakes, streams and quiet. Over the years a major highway has been built across the little river from the resort so it is not nearly as quiet as in 2004. It still has a beautiful garden area and the rooms have always been clean but the beds are typical of China and are extremely hard by western standards. While it is pretty and clean, I would not recommend it for the average North American or European tourist. See more..

I loved this place. The village at the top, despite having to pay to get in was so cute. Walk all the way up and around to the waterfall and aqua blue rock pool that will take you breath away. I hope to return some day again. Be careful if driving as the road is very dangerous at times due to the curves and steep hills. The roadsa re very good though. Warm seasons are best. See more..

We started off on the hike in the morning and it wasn't too busy on the trail. It got crowded around noon though. The trail snakes alongside of the river the entire way up and so the air is cool and refreshing. Many of the so-called "waterfalls" are actually just man-made dams so won't see the big waterfall until you reach the end of the trail. The water is clear and creates beautiful blue pools. The blue pool with koi swimming in it was one of my favorite spots. There is a section called "flying mice in the forest "aka a roller coaster that was quite fun actually. It's not very long (maybe 2 minutes?) but if you're looking for a fast and fun way to hike down, I definitely recommend paying for it. See more..

We drove over from Xikou to spend the day in this mountain park. It is filled with lakes, mountains, vistas and a hotel we were told was a 5 star hotel. I didn't stay there but the facilities around the hotel were not what I would consider 5 star by western standards. This large National Forest Park has a lot to see but it all involves a lot of walking so see any of it. There is a special Geological section of the park for those who are interested in different geological formations and how they all present themselves in this one area. I did enjoy hiking down some of the mountainsides and seeing some of the trails that have been built over the years but if you're not into a lot of hiking and climbing stairs, this is not the place for you. Danzhu Virgin Forest scenic area got revealed through the word of mouth of backpackers. It has beautiful mountains, The view is so great while the bus driving along the curly mountain road..sometimes felt scared while looking down through the window, sometime you shocked by those amazing view in front of you. The highlight is the best place for swimming here。Three natural ponds near together, like amusement park, you can sliding down from the upper pond or jump down from the rock. It is even hardly disturbed by other travelers during the swimming. That's why we had great fun over there. It's also good for families traveling here. as the creek in front of the hostel is purely clear. you can play ball game or boat rafting or BBQ nearby the creek. It's all worth it to go for the weekend even it might takes 5 hours by bus or 3.5 hrs by car from Shanghai. See more..

夏天的时候去森林公园里最好玩了，空气新鲜自己的心情也会舒畅。龙湾潭是当时跟旅游团去的，特价期98元一人，包括车和门票及中餐，还是很划算的。让我印象最深的是空中平台，虽然人家说比不上三清山那个，但对我来说已经很震撼了。这么高站在玻璃的平台上，两脚都会打颤的哦，我还算胆子大的了，上去拍了好几张照片，我的同学连站的胆子都没有呢。

We drove here early evening to catch a seafood dinner in Jin Wang Da Jiu Dian. Jiu Long Shan Park was not our main interest. This place does have a golf course. This is part of Pinghu area in Jiaxing. You can see large pier and Hangzhou bay well from the roads here. Food was good here. We had clams, huang yu, another steamed local seafish, some octopus, crab, cauliflower with fatty pork and chillies. Everything was fresh. We dined in our own room and had direct access to terrace with a sea view. If you happen to be in this neighborhood this is a good choice for food. You select all the food downstairs as there is no menu. They have various vegetables and meat as well. To my surprise they had German wheat beer. Unfortunately it took long time to cool it down. We ended visiting the Forest Oxygen Bar as the ferries to the islands were on an extremely limited schedule on Chinese New Year's eve. Ignore the gussied up name. it’s basically just a pleasant circle route hike up a small mountain – the ‘oxygen bar’ just being the forest around you. Depending on your perspective, it’s either a novel or eye-rolling attempt at marketing. It's a pretty pleasant hike though taking us about two hours at a leisurely pace. The hike itself is largely not difficult though those with accessibility issues will have some problems as there are a lot of stairs (some quite steep) and there’s an extended ladder section. The pathways are good and the guardrails on the cliffy sections are secure though, you’ll just want to mind your step along the way. And DO NOT do the train in reverse, it'll be a PITA. The only thing that was a problem was trying to get back to Qiandaohu Town. We took a Didi out there but basically got stranded coming back as there doesn’t seem to be any public transportation and there were no Didi taxis around as its at least a half hour away from town. We had to bum a ride from a local worker to the nearest bus station. Besides that though, we had a refreshing time at the ‘bar’. Cost is 60RMB but half price if you have the train ticket (or proof) that brought you to Qiandaohu. See more..

這邊的溫泉水是天然的，但是是達不到水裡的溫度的，所以還是需要鍋爐房二次加工。
從寧海市裡開車到山裡大概8KM的距離。
用了大眾點評的團購券157元一張，春節期間人超級多跟下餃子一樣，所以特地一早到等開門。因為是網上買的券所以二維碼驗證要聯網，不到9點半系統是無法連接上的。服務人員態度非常好，很耐心指引。一早因為剛開門，有幾個池子的水還沒滿，大概10點半之後陸續人就多出來了。室外池子大大小小十幾個，風景還是不錯的，基本都在41-43度之間。室外還有一個茶水站給大家休息一下。泡完洗好澡樓上有水果自助，很愉快的體驗。
看到有人說池子裡面水不乾淨，因為是室外的池子，難免會飄落一些空氣中的雜質，這點應該可以可以理解的吧。所謂的室外到也不是全部都是頭頂天的，有幾個比較私密有房頂的，如果遇到落雨天一樣可以泡湯賞景。 See more..

从宁波市区到这边来还是有段距离的，不过开车也快。这里的地貌还是挺有意思的，而且爬山还是挺辛苦的，还有人造的海上长城，挺壮观的，也有造的土楼，专门吃饭也不错。逛逛还是挺好的，海上长城很高，没爬完。逛完也得大半天了。 See more..

Clean air, lush forests and waterfalls! I only wish there were more hotel options, and we'd be there every weekend. I recommend getting a local guide to help find various hikes, since many trails we took led through little villages and seemed difficult to get to.
