You can find anything and everything here. Lots of walking and you must negotiate. Quantities offered are much smaller than factories, and you can mix and buy from different suppliers. People are very friendly and they want your business. An excellent experience overall. N.B. You must be accompanied by an agent who can translate in English for you. Conveniently situated in the heart of town where most business people visiting Yueqing will not even bother visiting. If you are looking to buy things at low price then you are looking at the wrong place, this shopping mall is rather expensive and with few famous brands to offer. On the ground floor one can find cosmetics, starbucks and KFC. However, outside the mall, the main street has to offer a variety of local food stores and clothing brands. Personally believe that if you are looking something to buy better go to Wenzhou or atleast Nanhong Plaza.See more..

It is commonly known as European City Shopping District (欧洲城）OuZhou Cheng This is the primary night club and entertainment district of Wenzhou. The circular plaza area, the second and third levels is mostly schools, child care and child tutoring services. Ground floor as restaurants of all types. This area is very comfortable for expats for their are bars and restaurants that cater to non Chinese. As of early 2014, Anchor tenants include Walmart, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and Papa Johns Pizza , Watson's Drugstore, Ajisen's Ramen Noodle as well as other Chinese franchises. There is a Far Eastern Sports Club, bowling alley, archery range in the underground portion of the plaza. All the major outdoor festivals happen in the open area.
