My husband is doing training at Keesler AFB and my 6 children and I traveled down from Kansas City to see him for spring break and our 12th anniversary. For our date night we came to the BetsyAnn ecological sunset cruise. We loved learning about the area, and the views were fantastic. It got chilly and many people went to the lower level inside. My husband and I enjoyed having the higher level mostly to ourselves and dancing to the music while watching the sunset. We actually met in dance class nearly 14 years ago so it was super nostalgic and special for us. The service was amazing, everyone was friendly, checked in on us, greeted us by name, and made it very fun and relaxing The only negative I had is that I SO wish our kids could of come with us. We were on a tight time schedule to book again, but hopefully someday we can return. I know our 10, 9, 7, 4, 4, and 1 year Olds would have loved it.See more..
My family took a day trip yesterday and had a fantastic time. Ship Island Excursions’s staff is so friendly, the boat ride to the island is easy and safe and the full experience exceeded our expectations. The island is beautiful and well maintained. Do rent an umbrella and chairs, prices are very reasonable! We had a good lunch on the island - prices again very reasonable and food was really good! We brought a cooler of drinks but buying lunch on the island was easy and preferable. Perfect day for our family, highly recommend!!See more..
We moved to the Gulf Coast in Nov 19, and just tried this park today. Lots of gators - big and small - to see and feed. We were there early and enjoyed a "private" airboat ride. Sam, our tour guide, was great! The staff is friendly, and the male gators were flexing to impress the ladies (it's mating season). They feed them chickens during shows on Saturdays from about 11-2 through October.See more..

The guys were a little hurried because of a fishing competition in the area but they still put the nets out (twice actually) and pulled up some white shrimp, brown shrimp, and little fish. They shared a lot of information about the shrimping industry and the shrimping process in a really entertaining way. We didn’t see any dolphins but some really nice boats because of the competition.See more..

I booked with North Star for my bachelorette trip. We had a wonderful wonderful time on the boat! Mr. Jim was very kind and taught us many things about sailing, the MS coast, and the MS Sound. Mr. Jim was also very flexible with time. Our sail was to be at 5:30pm but weather was moving in that wouldn’t allow us to sail at that time. Jim was very kind as to adjust our sailing time so we could still enjoy a sail on the water that day. What a thoroughly enjoyable 2+ hours on the river with Benny! My husband and I started our 48 hours off from work with this delightful journey into nature. The flat bottomed boat provided a shaded top, water proof cushions and the weather was perfect. Benny was a GREAT guide and resource of ALL things river. We saw all manner of birds and their nests, plant life along the banks, beautiful scenery and yes, an alligator - as well as a peep at an alligator's nest. He is a FOUNTAIN of knowledge - botanical, biological, local, historical, literature, art and then some - he does not want for knowledge. All delivered with self effacing humor and wonder. All in all, I would have turned around, handed Benny more money and gone right back out with him! GO! You will not be disappointed. Relax and enjoy the bayou. It was the highlight of our 48 hours in Mississippi.See more..

Clay Necaise went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I and our 3 sons had a successful and fun day of fishing. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and he never stopped working to find the fish. On a day when "the fish aren't biting", we caught about 40 trout and a nice redfish. He was great with our boys and made their first charter fishing trip fun and laid back. We all learned a lot and will 100% book another trip with Clay.See more..
We did the 2hr sunset charter and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! We were blessed with awesome weather but only someone with Captain Dan’s knowledge of the area could have showed us the experience we had! We boated around and saw several dolphins, we all said “this has been great, wow!” And he said “no we can do better than this…” then just a few minutes later he spotted a feeding party of dolphins and within minutes we were cruising along surrounded on all sides by probably 100+ dolphins! It was INCREDIBLE!!! I wish I had more pictures to share but at a certain point I put my phone away because I was so in awe of what we were experiencing and knew photos couldn’t do it justice, better to just live the moment! We LOVED this experience and are so thankful!! 100% recommend!!See more..

This was a great experience for all of us. My mother-in-law is 78 and wanted to see the dolphins so we booked this excursion. The staff was very helpful with her and very knowledgeable about the dolphins. we saw a lot of playful dolphins. Would recommend this trip to anyone.See more..
