They are having difficulties with their waiver signup due to the network, blamed it on me by saying in front of me to her son, " oh it must be something he's doing it's not our problem, Ma'am I'm right here and my internet is working fine, your server is down for the waiver" Sure enough they determine it's down. They offer other paper waiv.he laser tag also is rude and fusses at kids nonstop. This place is poorly run and when a well-run facility comes in town they will close. There were several parties there that day so maybe the owners can afford to fix the place up a bit now. At the very least maybe they can hire a cleaning crew. The rental skates should have been replaced years ago, the skating rink floor needs major repairs. The whole place needs a lot of attention. They only take cash, a huge inconvenience these days. The room where we had the birthday cake was sticky and gross. It appears like the floors do not get cleaned, ever. I didn’t want to go into the bathroom. There’s a sink to wash hands at, outside the bathroom but no soap or paper towels.See more..

First off this place is for 12 and under so not much to do for teens who'd rather be off somewhere texting their fingers off. However, smaller children will love the cool, spacious, play areas with multiple bounce slides and inflatables that I've never seen before. For $10 you can bounce all day unlike some other places who overcharge by the hour! There is also a put-put golfing next to the bounce area. There are a few rooms that can be used for activities, birthday parties, and field trips. Parents can jump as well with their little ones. A toddler area is offered in the back in case they are too small to enjoy the BOUNCE! Overall this place is a very good way for your little person to burn off some energy. There are rides, slides, and a jumping pillow as well as the ride to the pumpkin patch to choose a pumpkin. Great place for children to play and enjoy, but not enough benches for older people to sit. While they do have some places for sitting, and have a great place set up for picnics,etc., there is a shortage of places to sit located near the places where the children are playing and doing their activities. This place is smaller than other bounce places we've been but it is clean and my son had a blast! You can tell they vacuum the floors a lot which is not always the case in places like this. We paid $10.70 for him to bounce as much as he wants. There are two party rooms which would be a good time as long as the kids are under 10.
