We really liked the water park area. It was clean. The 4 water slides were a lot of fun! Even when the water slide line was at the bottom of the stairs it went really fast. There is 2 slides that use tubes and 2 that don’t. You can do single or double tubes. There is a hot tub that’s adults only. We liked the different styles of hotel rooms. It was nice to have bunk beds for the kids. I wish the sink would have been in the bathroom. My complaint was we had a dirty pillow case and dirty blanket in our room where the kids were going to sleep. Thankfully the rest of the room looked clean. Be prepared since there’s lots of little kids here there is lots of kids running and doors slamming all day long. Our to go breakfast in the morning was biscuits and gravy, Honey Nut Cheerios, yogurt, apple and granola bar. See more..

I like to take walks in Burdette Park on nice weather days. Always calming to visit over my lunch break. Unfortunately the pool is closed this summer but it’s because of Covid 19. Hopefully next summer they will once again be open for swimmers and sunbathers.See more..

4.5Splash Island(59 reviews) - Wonderful quaint family place Water Parks
Terribly disappointed, there is no bar at pool side and no pool side waiters. In addition you are not allowed to bring your own alcholhol on your premises. In addition there is no clothing optional section. We discovered the busy time for them in May through August. We were here in February and the water was unusual cold but we had the whole water park to ourselves which made it kind of romantic. Also they only run the water slides during peak season. It was walking distance from the Plainfield yacht and boat club. If you get a chance talk to the harbor master was much help as an unofficial guide and knew many attractions. Also keep in mind sasquatch mating season is in the cool months and you can ohten hear them purring late at night.(it sounds like whale song) also very romantic. A must see are the submarine races, they occur to greet in the lunar new year, very exciting.See more..
This waterpark is very nice. The only problem we encountered, which created a sour environment, is that the tubes you rent are not documented by staff, even though many of them are marked. We had our tube swiped while we went to get a drink. We were able to get one back but had an altercation with the parent whose child had the tube, and we never had the other retuned. So we were just out one tube We had paid for the tubes and consequently resented that no one could help us. Otherwise, the experience was very nice. This is about the 4th time we have been to this waterpark. And we will go back despite the issue.See more..
4.0Pine Lake Waterpark(21 reviews) - Impressive improvements Spent More than 3 hours Water Parks
I have many wonderful memories spent at PIne Lake during my childhood in the 1970s. I visited yesterday with family and was amazed at the improvements. So many new attractions and water slides. The lines were short and everyone was friendly and well- mannered. Highly recommended.See more..
4.0Splash House(20 reviews) - Cool down at Splash House in Marion, In Water Parks • Parks
Splash House is a great place to go to beat the heat and play in the water. The life guards are great here and it provides hours of fun on a hot day. I don't have any real criticism other than their hours of operation are irritating since many places are open later than 6pm and the front of the house people and snack shed are not always friendly and helpful. The women's bathroom is always a mess with so much water on slick flooring and no mats to stop someone from sliding. I actually have to risk either having to repay to get in and drive down to the local gas station to use the restroom or just not go because with how the restroom floor is-it's too slippery with no mats. That's the one thing I would urge that Splash House is in dire need of is a restroom attendant and some mats like the other water parks have. It's still a good place to go and it's affordable as well. See more..

This is a small Waterpark in Lafayette. Open 7 days a week in the summer if the weather is appropriate. There is a large water slide two small water slides a lazy river and a small Lilly pad course. The price is reasonable and much better than Buckner Bay the indoor water park. There is also a concession stand on site with reasonable prices. I recommend this facility. See more..

4.0Oasis Splash Pad(10 reviews) - Children's Water Fantasy Playland near Small Zoo Water Parks
I took my 2 young grandsons to the Oasis Splash Pad for the 1st time yesterday and what a treat it was for them. There are different prices for admission: $2.00 per child Michigan City Resident, $4.00 per child Indiana Resident and $6.00 per child for Out of State Residents. The Session times are posted and are 2 hour sessions. We went to the 3-5pm Session. The workers were very friendly. The office sells snacks and ice cream and drinks. These items are not expensive. There are bathrooms on site. Once you enter the water area you cannot wear shoes, take towels or toys! There are picnic tables to hold belongings and to sit at before you enter the Splash Pad. This is a very fun place for young children. Older children would probably be bored here. What is nice is Michigan City has a great Children's Zoo across the street you can take your children to and then come over to the Splash Pad to cool off and enjoy the rest of your day! See more..

5.0Kennedy Water Playground(4 reviews) - Affordable fun Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM Water Parks
I take my two kids here all of the time,(they are 8 and 5). They have a punch card system so after 5 punches one person gets in free. The water isn't very deep so I don't have to worry about my kids drowning but it's deep enough for them to have tons of fun. They have a concession stand that sells ice cream, drinks, chips, etc. You can also bring in your own food/drinks. The life guards are strict but they are just doing their jobs.See more..

3.5Allen Memorial Swimming Pool(2 reviews) - Good pool Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM Water Parks I think the parks department does a good job of making updates as time and budget allow. The pool could probably use some updates, but the facility and surrounding area is nice as a whole.See more..
5.0Wolf Lake Aquatic Play Center(1 review) - Family fun for only 2$ per person Spent 1-2 hours Water Parks Biggest splash pad ever visited. It is right next to the lake, the trails and the playground. It was great because we arrived a bit prior to the evening opening time so we played on the playground a bit and watched the kiteboarders. There were so many activities for all age ranges. My one year old and three year old found plenty of water activities at their comfort level. My older daughter really enjoyed the huge bucket of water dumping on her head.See more..
