We attended Shostakovich Symphony No. 10 and were blown away by Anne Akiko Meyers, Violinist, performance. She was amazing, and her talent is certainly remarkable. The piece she played was composed by Mason Bates, and he is another remarkable talent. Both are young and bring new, exciting perspective to Concerto, Richmond Symphony and The Carpenter Center. I hope you get to see these young, contemporary performers sometime! They are not to be missed! See more..
