  1. 4.5 Triple Falls (102 reviews)
    - Rough Road is an Understatement

Look for the turn by the Boy-scouts Camp. There’s also a building for rental equipment and a Big Elk (not real) in front. We passed it up and had to turn around as road is marked with a Hwy number (2200 I think). The beginning of the road isn’t too bad but bumpy. Then it gets worse. There are lots of turns & steep areas along with loose gravel toward the end. When you come around the last curve you’ll see a parking area and a sign with “waterfall”. The Fall is so worth it !! Easy walk in that takes only a couple of minutes. Watch your footing as there’s lots of roots. The way out can be challenging, just give it all you got gas wise to get up that steep part with the loose gravel. Don’t stop midway or you’ll get stuck. Just back up & try again. The rest was easy although bumpy. See more..
  2. 4.5 Glory Hole Trail and Waterfall (46 reviews)
    - Incredible nature view of waterfalls with a moderate terrain.

This hike to the Glory Hole waterfall is totally worth it! The terrain through the woods is rocky and pretty rough at times, so make sure you are good shoes for safety. The descent down the trail to the waterfall can be tricky, but if you take you time, it can be done even with younger children. The climb done the bank has a few different pathways with exposed tree roots and large rocks making up most of the path. There are also small streams to cross at various points, but we managed to stay dry even after a hard rain the night before. The views are incredible! See more..
  3. 4.5 Hemmed-in-Hollow Falls (32 reviews)
    - challenging hike with a payoff

Great hike. Rucked 30 lbs, made it out OK, but it was challenging. On your hike down to the falls from the trailhead you will get a sense of how steep the hike back up will be. It's well maintained, but no facilities at the trailhead or otherwise. Falls were at a trickle but still worth seeing. It's incredibly hard to capture the scope of the falls with a picture. Not much for blazing or signage, but it's pretty straightforward, and only 1 spot about 1.7 miles in where the trail takes a bit of a u-turn and I wasn't confident I was on the correct trail for a bit. After a short hike, we were rewarded with a beautiful view from a platform which acts as a teaser for the real thrill. We visited after a storm so the falls were full and beautiful. We didn’t venture all the way down to the bottom of the falls since my 10 year old son was not having that level of danger and adventure. Overall, it’s a beautiful sight and you could easily spend hours there enjoying the sights and sounds. See more..
  5. 3.5 Kings River Falls Natural Area (3 reviews)
    - Spring and autumn beauty
Hiking Trails • Geologic Formations • Waterfalls
Beautiful area, but enjoyed in fall and early spring due to the thick tree canopy and the summertime heat. Less chance of meeting snakes, too! See more..

We heard about these falls and decided to check it out. The falls are about a mile down the trail. The hike is very easy and follows the river. In the warm weather, there is plenty of opportunity to play in the water. To get there, to the following coordinates... 35.752504, -92.938104 , then cross the bridge and follow the green trail.
