    Don't rely too much on the pictures that are shown on the website. The ride was fun. The young conductor (young man with mustache and I am guessing a junior conductor since he his cap was plain and simple with no fancy braiding or anything) was extremely sweet and professional. We bought the Premium Silver Feather tickets (most expensive at $85.00 a pop). The only thing I could see different from the lower cost tickets was that we got to ride in the dome ONE WAY. We were fed the same sandwiches, and we were put in the downstairs car on the way back. We could have saved $40 a ticket by sitting in the first car both ways which would have been fine. The first car people were served the same food that the dome car people were served. What was a little irritating was that when we boarded the train, we were sent to the dome which had no more seats so we had to sit backwards on the ride in the dome. We were the only couple who had to share a seat and sit backwards. When we headed back, we hurried downstairs to grab seats that we could sit facing the direction we were traveling. And the pics showed white table cloths with people eating something with a fork and knife and glasses of iced tea. Well, a little plastilc cup of ice with a canned drink, a cold sandwich, a small bag of chips and for dessert, a chocolate chip cookie... NOT what I had thought I was paying for. May go again to take grandkids, but definitely will save that $40 a ticket sitting in first car. Being allowed to ride in the dome for one way just wasn't worth $40. Trip just was not nearly as "elegant" as I had imagined looking at the posted pictures. See more..
