The house is a quick walk from and on the grounds of the Crystal Bridges Museum. Free, advance tickets are required to enter the Bachman-Wilson House. We were able to go to Crystal Bridges and get tickets for a few minutes after our arrival to the museum. Availability probably depends on the number of visitors at the time. We arrived on a rainy Thursday afternoon in March. Before entering after presenting your free ticket, you will be given an audio guide which will explain what you see inside this Frank Lloyd Wright's house that was moved piece by piece from New Jersey. There is some information about the exterior as well. See more..

  9. 4.0 St. Catherine's at Bell Gable (11 reviews)
    - Chapel, Barn and Grounds! Beautiful!
Tuesday: Spent 1-2 hours Architectural Buildings
St. Catherine's at Bell Gable image
Although another reviewer noted the St. Catherine's at Bell Gable was closed due to flooding they never were closed beyond a couple of days in May 2017 to clean up from the historic floods in Northwest Arkansas. We have visited numerous times since the flooding and our experience has always been positive! Amazingly beautiful fairy tale of a place! I don't understand why someone would provide a average or negative review of a place because they couldn't access a place that was cleaning up from a weather related event. Highly recommend to all! 10. 4.5 Dallas County Museum (4 reviews)
    - Want to find out how Bear Bryant got his nickname?
Spent 1-2 hours Points of Interest & Landmarks • Architectural Buildings
    Dallas County Museum image
There's the Dallas County Museum and a separate location for the Sports Museum. I hated that I only had time to visit the Sports Museum. It was selected as one of the Arkansas sites for a traveling Smithsonian exhibit, and I wanted to see that plus the exhibits relating to the Sparkman Sparklers and to Bear Bryant. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, and I have no doubt that what I call the "regular" part of the museum would have had equally interesting displays. The museum is not open on Mondays; there is no fee for admission but donations are welcome. See more..
