  8. 4.0 Holiday Island Country Club (11 reviews)

    Holiday Island Country Club image
I was visiting Holiday Island for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary and they reserved the ballroom at the Country Club to hold an open house at. The manager, Loren, was super helpful with getting all our supplies in and asking if we needed anything while we were setting up. The ballroom has lovely views of the golf course and was bigger than I anticipated. There is a small kitchen with a stove, commercial refrigerator and two sinks (plus a small pass through). They had tables and chairs for our use and was a great space for the open house. After the open house, because there was lots of family who came out special for the party, we made a reservation for 24 at the clubhouse grill and Loren booked us the entire restaurant for the evening. They have a nice variety of dinner option, with nothing too complicated or exotic. The meal was very good and we were all served very quickly by the staff. It was a good time with family and friends and the peach cobbler was to die for. See more..

The Bella Vista Country Club Golf Course is the community’s oldest golf course and can best be described as a "classic" design that mildly rolls through the valley along U.S. 71. The course offers four sets of tees to challenge all skill levels. While long and challenging, the course can be walked as there are few hills. Golf carts are available, as are rental clubs. 11. 4.5 Cypress Creek Golf Club (6 reviews)
    - Excellent Golf Course
    Golf Courses
At Cypress Creek, they are down to earth and not a stuck up golf course. The layout of the course is beautiful and has challenging holes ranging from short par 3's to more challenging par 5's. It is tucked away behind greystone, and is well maintained and the golf carts are awesome. They have built in GPS score cards that lets you get real time stats on the hole and how far away from the pin you are. Definitely recommend you check this place out. See more..
  12. 4.5 Mystic Creek Golf Club (4 reviews)
    - Gem of a course in El Dorado AR
    Golf Courses
    Mystic Creek Golf Club image
Built in 2013, by the El Dorado based Murphy Oil Company; Mystic Creek is a gem of a course. The greens are treacherous, but you now know that, so plan your second, third (or fourth) shot accordingly. As locals told us, "If the pin is in a certain area of the green, you'll have to hit your shot exactly to that area". Very true. Well maintained and with water and traps galore on every hole, you need to warm up, and shoot accurately. I'm 15 handicap, my wife 12-13; and we played the White & Red tees. IMHO- if you're over a 12 handicap- play the Yellow tees (slope 125, 5577 yards). Sounds short, but with hazards and water, as well as the touchy greens- you'll see. Patio restaurant wasn't open, but food to go, can be ordered. It's Troon affiliated, so we paid $70/ea. The clubhouse appears brand new. Staff was very nice. No carts in the parking lot. large practice green is representative of course. See more..

  16. 3.5 Burns Park Golf Course (2 reviews)
    - Worth the trip
Spent More than 3 hours Golf Courses
My husband & I play on this course every week in our company league and it's a lot of fun. We've been playing for several years now and have seen MANY improvements over the years. The Tournament side is a little easier and does have Foot Golf but the Championship is much better and a little more challenging to play. There is no Foot Golf on this side. Over the years they have paved the cart path on the Championship side, remodeled the club house, got new carts, and are constantly improving the course. As with anything, improvements cost money & take time and they are ALWAYS working to better the course. The guys who work the club house are very nice and friendly as well. See more..

    - No longer a golf course

  21. 5.0 Cherokee Village South Golf Course (1 review)
    - Enjoyed
    Spent 2-3 hours Golf Courses
Stayed a week in Cherokee Village Ar. and took advantage of playing 36 holes on a couple of days, the South and the North course for a super price of about $63.00, 18 holes ran $43.00 with cart. The home we stayed at was on the North course, so we played the South first and finished with the North. The South and North both are well maintained and the South fairways are a little wider. The North is tree lined and the greens are not that large but will hold your shot into them. Enjoyed playing both courses. See more..
  22. 5.0 Cherokee Village North Golf Course (1 review)
    - Fun Time
    Golf Courses
We stayed at a home that was by the tenth green and eighteenth tee box. Walked across the bridge to the club house and got a cart and drove back to the home and loaded our clubs. Very tight course but was a lot of fun. Played the South course and the North the same day for a great price of $63.00. Playing 18 holes the cost with cart was $43.00. The south course is a little more forgiving not as tight. Enjoyed both courses and will go back again. See more..
  23. 5.0 Dogwood Golf Course (1 review)
    - Fun Course!
Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Spent More than 3 hours Golf Courses
This course has recently been improved. Husband & I played the Brittany Course. There are others at this location, but we chose this 9 hole par 3 & 4 only course due to time limitations. Course is in good condition. Greens good. Fairways could be cut a little shorter, but it's a pretty & fun course. 9 holes with a cart is only $20, which is a very affordable rate. Nice carts & staff.
