These are very nice folks. They care about whether you have a good time fishing. The price was also a good bit lower than the other outfit (Gaston’s) we considered. We caught plenty of fish. My daughter caught 27(!) on our half day trip. The guide baited the hook for her. My son, who has a disability, caught about 15 - the guide held the rod and my son just had the reel them in. We have 4 in our family so we hired two boats. Both were stocked with drinks and snacks. The guides stocked each boat with bait they they knew would attract fish and took us to spots where they know the fish are. Good time all around. Happy to recommend this business to others.See more..
My husband and I stayed the weekend in Cabin #1 and floated the next day. Booking was a breeze and the cabin was clean and comfortable. If you stay in the summer I would suggest taking a fan (I always carry one) because the A/C was upstairs and it got a little warm in the main downstairs bedroom. Ralphy is our go to guy for fishing. Always on time, always organized always a pleasure to fish with. My wife and I had not been on a weekend getaway for some time and so I surprised her the other day when I told her we were going to Arkansas to fish. My boyfriend and I took the two kids on this fishing trip. He was able to get us scheduled on the day we wanted, we got in the water at 8 and had caught 17 fish in the first two hours. We got our trophy fish which is around 10-12 pounds around 14 inches in length. He’s reasonably priced for a days worth of fishing. We started off bright and early and within minutes of getting up river we landed our first brown. From there on it was fish after fish with our browns easily tripling our rainbows which was incredible! Beau was an amazing guide who truly knows his stuff and will do his absolute best to make sure you have a great time! We did the full day trip which included lunch which a lot of times consist of a cold sandwich and chips but not with Beau. He takes you back to Lobo's landing where you get a nice hot meal! I definitely would recommend the cheeseburger as it was quite delicious! I bet we easily caught 40-50 trout today with too many browns to count! Fantastic fishing morning on the White River! Our guide, Greg knew exactly how to navigate to find fish. We caught 40+ fish in a matter of a couple hours. Unbelievable fun! Jamie was very responsive to my calls trying to schedule a fishing guide FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY! Luckily they had another cancellation or we would have missed an awesome day of fishing. Wayne took us out from 7:30 to 3:30 and the three of us caught over 100 trout including one brown! Did not seem that the other boats we observed and talked to were having as much luck so Wayne did a great job of keeping us in the fish and we just had to catch them!
