    My daughter and her husband came from Canada for a visit, so we went exploring. Artists Point is amazing. They have a small museum and a view that is truly breath taking. They have about 10 or 15 hummingbird feeders hung outside huge windows and they are always busy. You can buy a feeder and take it home. I have 6 now. They have some local crafts and preserves, as well as windchimes and other gift ideas. Corky is the in house entertainment. He's a talking cockatoo. Go by if you are in the area. See more..

    I remember this place from my childhood when we could climb the tower . We visited this past year but couldn’t climb . I have spoken to a Ranger who stated only a few people (6-8) can be on the tower at a time because of its age and without someone standing at the gate counting people they cannot allow open access . But the grounds still have old structures and is a beautiful stop . See more..
