    - Amazing Experience!
Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Zipline & Aerial Adventure Parks
    Rugaru Adventures image
Absolute kudos to Isaac and Colt as tour guides. They were so informative and helpful, taking time to explain things while making the adventure entertaining for every member in our group. We had teens up to adults and everyone had smiles on their faces the entire time. They prepare you with a safety discussion, bus you to the starting point and take you through multiple segments of zip line, working up to a breath taking line over the lake. There are break spots throughout and courtesy water to ensure you stay hydrated. Pictures are taken throughout the event to capture every moment. These two made the experience all the better with their jokes and engagement with every member of the group. Minors are allowed with waivers for bough there are limitations for weight for safety, both minimum and maximum. I absolutely would return, experience is worth it See more..
  7. 5.0 The Cave House (259 reviews)
    - Intriguing slice of Tulsa history!
Spent < 1 hour Historic Sites • Points of Interest & Landmarks
    The Cave House image
The Cave House in a landmark in Tulsa. It was built in 1924, as a Chicken Restaurant. Built during prohibition, it was a place you could quench your thirst! It not only has quirky architecture, but it probably best known for its stories, full of interesting and sometimes amusing information. It is a great date, or family adventure, and as the owner I love to share it! It is best to call, or message ahead, as I do not have regular hours. Due to scheduling for private tours and groups, and because travelers request all days and times, I try to schedule according to requests as best as I can. The cost is $15.00 and kids under 13 years are $7.50 See more..

    Monday: Adrenaline & Extreme Tours
    Oklahoma Skydiving Center image
From the moment I arrived, it was clear that safety was the top priority, this gave me great peace of mind as I prepared for my skydiving adventure. One of the things that really stood out to me was the level of professionalism and expertise exhibited by the staff. Andy and wife Alyssa, the owners, were incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of skydiving, they took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. They were patient, encouraging, and always made sure that I felt comfortable with each step of the process. The rest of the staff were equally impressive. They were all highly trained and experienced, and they worked together seamlessly to ensure that every skydiver had a safe and enjoyable experience. They were friendly, approachable, and always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Whether it is your first skydive or your 15th. Oklahoma Skydiving Center is the place to go. 12. 5.0 Coleman Theater (119 reviews)
    - Great place to visit!
    Theaters
    Coleman Theater image
My family stopped in on July 15th, as we were driving RT 66 this summer. It was such fun. Karen was our tour guide and is a great guide. She knows the history of the theatre, but also the area and encouraged questions. She was very interactive and my two teenagers and 10 yr old all enjoyed it very much! We got to get on stage and listen to the old pipe organ play and she encouraged us to dance a bit- which we did and we all thought it was neat to think of what that would be like in the heyday. This is a beautiful theatre, and the tour was great. It was a donation suggested of $5 per person ( I think) but I'm sure any donation is appreciated, and you just pay as you leave in a little box. It was a delightful little stop on our trip. See more..

    - Great for kids!!
Monday: Spent More than 3 hours Speciality Museums
Vintage Sewing Center And Museum image
I found this museum on Trip Advisor and read a few reviews that said others spent a couple hours here. So did we. I enjoyed talking with the owner. He is knowledgeable and his excitement to share about the machines makes it fun. My favorite part is that my kids were able to try a variety of sewing machines as well as a few other STEM experiences. They made key chains and designs for T-shirts and it was free for them. My son said he learned that sewing isn't boring, and it felt like it was his birthday! There are also classes they can participate in to grow in their creative abilities so we will be back, for sure! - gorgeous
    Bodies of Water
    Lower Mountain Fork River image
we never found any signage, specifying where we went, as lower mountain fork river, but i believe that's where we were. oklahoma has a bad reputation, for not having enough signs. there's a parking area and picnic tables, but walking on the river banks is the draw here. on the parking lot side of the road, it's flat. we were their during trout season. there were many fly fisherman there. across the road, from the parking lot, are where the falls and rapids are. the trail is pretty good. along the riverbank. but, everyone that parks, as of july 2020. needs a parking pass. you can get them on your phone. if you are not in their system, you will get a ticket. Canadian County Historical Museum image
I had done some quick visits to the museum at some points, but really began to find it’s value in 2018 when I needed information when compiling an abstract on title to land in El Reno that was once crossed by railroads I went to the museum. The staff was very helpful and were able to pull out old railroad maps that showed the location of the abandoned lines. I was able to include in the abstract to help the examiner and others trying to read the difficult descriptions contained in railroad deeds. (they use “engineer points” not survey points like general land descriptions.) I’m now fully retired and hope to go back and find info or photos on relatives that lived in El Reno, including my great grandfather that was sexton of the cemetery for 16 years beginning in 1909. My grandmother was born there in 1904, before statehood. I may find lots of interesting things. See more..
