   I often visit family in Stillwater and have found great solace at Boomer Lake Park. Whether you're a jogger or walker, you will find beautiful sites on the nearly 3-mile perimeter loop. People-watching breaks the rhythm on those hard runs or walks, and the gulls will cry out if you step too close to one of the picturesque points. Benches, pavilions, and playgrounds abound; there's even a kids' water park for those hot Oklahoma days. DO NOT MISS!!! See more..

Want to go for a quick, smooth loop through the woods, or challenge yourself with some more technical terrain and a bit longer distance? Wanna try your newfound confidence on some jumps/drops? This is a great trail system that has a lot to offer, all while being close for those that live in nearby cities. Great views of the lake and less "traffic" than other surrounding trail systems.    They have an office in front opens at 12 when we got there no one was at the office , we found a site with no reservation tag and set up ..22.00 a night, has bathroom and showers .. everything was so green and pretty..we were at site 18 . See more..
