Miles and miles of trails
We ran here each day during our visit to Tulsa. The trail is very well maintained and has separate bike and walking sides. You can rent regular bikes, e-bikes or scooters at many stations along the park area.

Fantastic trails!
This was my go-to running spot whilst in Tulsa. It is really well maintained and is a hive of activity, which keeps motivation running high. Toilets were a little unloved, but that's often the case for public toilets. Just be aware of strong head winds in certain directions!
