   This 22-hectare park is great place to temporarily get away from big city life. It is a very well-maintained garden-park. There are many gardeners busy working throughout the park. In the Ornamental Forest Zone, there is a nice flowing waterfalls, and about 200 metres away, an odd shaped lake. There are many benches scattered throughout the park. Sit and enjoy the oxygen rich fresh air, the sounds of the forest, and relax amid the lush greenery. This multi-section park has at least three sets of very clean, large washrooms. See more..

   Highly recommend! This was our second visit to the Hot Springs, my wife, 10 year old daughter and myself, although we stayed the night this time which we will do again! The Hot Springs themselves are many man-made small and large pools, but with a realistic Traditional Japanese/Chinese concept and feel. The room we booked, with two beds, was very comfortable, clean and spacious with good service. Staying the night was incredibly relaxing, with outside activities and bountiful food, buffet style. There are many games that you can enjoy at anytime during the day, from darts to a pool table, foot soccer, bike riding, miniature bowls and other games. At night there is a small band that plays music, while you walk around selecting what to eat from the different stalls. I highly recommend that you visit or stay the night, just remember to go during the colder months and also during the work week...a lot cheaper and far fewer people. Hope this helps! See more..

   It took us slightly more than 2 hours to climb the whole thing and catch views from all three peaks/pavilions. Definitely bear left when you have an option. Bypass the first set of stairs on the right, stay on the paved road until you see another set of stairs -- take those! Vendors along the way so you can get water, snacks if needed.    It's a lovely park and a good place to escape from the sprawling urban areas of Shunde District - a must-see attraction. There's free admission - a lake surrounded by traditional style Chinese pavilions and the hill-side Baolin temple (West gate). There's a massive archway at the entrance of the park (not far from the Shunde Marriott Hotel). You can rent bicycles, some tandem and some for three riders and the whole family. Boats can be rented on the lake. In the evening you can watch Chinese people gather for Tai Chi, dancing, keep fit and rollerblading. After dusk the area is flood lit and if you do happen to be staying at one of the nearby hotels there are great views to be had from high.    I stayed here over Christmas break when I first moved to SZ and It was a really pretty and was a great place to start my Chinese experience. It's not traditional Chinese as it feels more western but it sure was beautifully decorated for Christmas. There were a number of evening shows and the hotel was amazing with continental breakfast.     Luofu Mountain is one of the famous Taoism pilgrimage sites. It's my first time there. I was impressed by how beautiful the site was and how nicely maintained it had been. The 1.8km cable lift was pretty long and good for sight seeing in a clear day. The vegetation on the mountain is so lush that the leaves seemed dripping "green".
