Christmas Stay.
I stayed here over Christmas break when I first moved to SZ and It was a really pretty and was a great place to start my Chinese experience. It's not traditional Chinese as it feels more western but it sure was beautifully decorated for Christmas. There were a number of evening shows and the hotel was amazing with continental breakfast. It's a great place to visit if you like stunning views and good food. Good for families and groups. I would definitely go back!

Handcraft
There are over 100 booths set up in the OCT, visitors are coming from all around but not just local people. Artists are able to communicate in multi-language. Lot's of fun there, host different exhibitions almost, should go online and check. Have about 10 restaurants and coffee shops, no worry about food.

excellent day out
Excellent trip for a day close to Nature. Journey is complimented with two funiculars and a train. Overseas Chinese Town East (OCT East) is located in Shenzhen. Covering an area of 9 square kms. It consists of two theme parks, the Ecoventure Valley and the Tea Stream Resort Valley. The Seafield Village consists of Sky Strip, Seafield Theater, Wine Experience House, Self-brewery House, Lakeside Food Court, town inns and other characteristic items, which help build an American-themed town for tourists, and a place to gain experience of wine. The first stop in the Tea Stream Resort Valley is Interlaken Town, a model of the famous tourist resort in Switzerland. Here you can enjoy the western style buildings and streets, which make you feel like a traveler in the European country! And what's more, there is the Interlaken Parade to draw you into this happy environment.
