    A bridge with scenic view. Recommend setting aside an hour for a slow stroll on the bridge. The start of the bridge (from Guangji gate of the heritage town) tends to be crowded. Don’t be discouraged by this sight. Get onto the bridge & walk all the way to the other end. As you do so, you will find the experience gets more tranquil for you to enjoy the surrounding view.     I crossed this bridge twice a day for 2-1/2yrs as I lived in Humen and worked in Nansha. To be quite honest there is nothing there at the bridge (linking Nansha to Humen) and no access to foot passengers. There is even less in both nansha and Humen towns. If memory serves me right the bridge is 3.5km long and it crosses the very busy Pearl river. That's about all.     Qingyuan’ s newest glass bridge was amazing during the night time with all the laser lights effects. Best time to go is before the sunset and wait till 6:30pm with all the lights lit up. Worth a trip. The only negative side is no public transport to get there, needs to get a taxi. See more..
