Beautiful mountains with interesting rock formations. Worth seeing both sides. Unbelievably breathtaking views. Some parts of the climb up (and down) are very challenging. Not for everyone. In some places, incredibly steep but so worth the scary moments. Concessions along the way in several places. Can't imagine how they transport the concessions! Got up to see the sunrise on the second day but unfortunately, too hazy/cloudy so that didn't happen...but it was a fun hike nontheless with beautiful views different from the other side of the mountain. Much less strenuous hike to see the sunrise. Definitely take the cable car. Otherwise, make sure you have a very good flashlight! See more..

The views of Dongguan from the top of the mountain are spectacular. However, you need to check the weather forecast first. Choose a clear day, or the clouds will obscure the view. If you are there in the middle of summer, you go should go early in the morning. Otherwise the heat would be too much! A great place to explore, it would take a number of visits to see everything. It was quite physical-demanding to climb to the top of the hill but you can always drive there. There is a temple that we visited every year to pray for good luck for the new year to come. People are supposed to be quiet to respect the religion. Took an hour to get to the top and from there you can get a view of the city and the river is right in front of you. We love the place. Xinhui Guifeng Mountain is familiar to people in Jiangmen, you can take the NO.6 bus to Guifeng Mountain from Jiangmen center. It is suitable for family, couple and teenagers. You can climb the mountain, roller skating, drive the karting, barbecue and so on. The only disadvantage I think is old, the road and the facilities seem too old, but it still can be regarded as a wonderful relaxing place. when I was a kid, my mother used to bring me here to play the children facilities. Every time my mother said we were going to Guifeng Mountain, I was very excited. Therefore, my dream is going to Guifeng Mountain to play and barbecue when I was a child. When I grew up, I also went here with my family and friends. We climb the mountain to reduce the stress and improve our health. We enjoy this happy hours, encouraging each other to climb to the top. 去年8、9月份，也就是龙眼成熟的季节，我们一大队人马坐车到象头山附近，然后步行上山，一路上有很多农家种的龙眼，我们一路摘着吃到地点，找了家饭店吃中饭，味道还行。休息后就开始奔向漂流的地点。那里水流不是很急，不怎么刺激，但是我们玩得很开心。主要原因是：中途有很多水滩和3m多深的水潭，我们就在那拦截别人，向别人身上洒水，或是在水潭里我们互相攻击，会游泳的还会在那里游泳，可惜我不会啊。最好的是，漂流两边都是山，太阳射不到我们，不会被晒伤。我们玩了大约3个小时。 See more..
