This experience was a little unexpected as I had really read much about it. You arrive via a long drive from the main highway passing many surprising interesting and elaborate sculptures along the route. On arrival you appreciate that the estate is simply huge and has been planned on a Disney styled theme park experience. Entry by ticket costs BHT800 for the gardens and a show which is what we paid. We decided to hop on a sightseeing bus (BHT200 ea) that took us around the areas too far to walk to in the heat. The gardens are amazing and the show was spectacular being in two halves in two stages best described in the pics attached. My favourite part of the experience - a difficult question to answer as there is just so much to see inside or outside. The quality of the statuary is outstanding and its great to see clear information in English on the various exhibits. Two things do stand out: the group bronze outside the main temple (the eight immortals crossing the ocean)and then of course some of the original terra cotta warriors. A few of the copies have been made showing the original colouring as well. Saves a trip to Bejing and you can get really close up as well. And its free of charge, but well worth a small donation. We drove from Bangkok at 6:30 am to the Bali Hai Pier at 8:30 am. We paid 30 Baht for the ferry from the Pier to Tawaen Beach Pier. The Tawaen beach is nice and clean. There is a 7-11 Store near the pier. We paid 10 Baht to use the restrooms and changed the clothes. We paid 40 Baht for a shared taxi truck to Samae Beach. Samae Beach has white sand and clear water. We paid 100 Baht for a beach chair per day at Samae Beach. The Papaya salad cost 100 Baht. I hiked to the hill view point in 10 minutes. The views were beautiful. The weather were nice. We were at Samae Beach from 10 am to 3 pm. We liked the beach. See more..

I live Khao Phratamnak and have the fortune to listed to the Monks chanting on all the Buddhist holidays. I think there are some good photographic opportunities here. You pick a covered dish each from many stalls and a drink from another, chicken noodles were 195 Thai baht about £5, mixed spicy seafood salad 170 Thai baht about £4.30 and a large beer 175 Thai baht about £4.50. Hi bestie, if you are looking for some beautiful and breathtaking place, I would like to suggest Sichang island to be in one of your bucket lists! This place is a wonderful place provides yummy food and good view. I went there 1 year ago with my friend. We had a really great time with the place. Some of my friend said she found her best strawberry cheesecake here. And some of them really enjoy the walk all over the island. Personally, I love to go to the beach. I need to visit at least one beach every year. And this place was really amazing. Food and drinks are not that expensive and also delicious as well.
