The well-planned geological museum related to King Rama IX’s works, really the must for all kids but the whole family will also enjoy the visit, wheelchair friendly. Location: *** long-drive accessible by private car or taxi, but maybe quite difficult by public transport. Universal design: **** the museum was well planned for wheelchair persons, convenient ramps slope less than 1:12, lifts and disabled toilets, available disabled parking but I will give ***** if it is nearer the entrance than this. Cleanness: ***** standard cleanness in all areas with eco-friendly environment concerns. Staffs: ***** all are friendly, well-trained, caring and willing to help, professional and friendly. -Awesome Course and fantastic experience
Spent More than 3 hours Golf Courses
Got a chance to play this beautiful course on Friday 12/17. We had 2 foursomes that was set up by my cousin. We had to rent clubs (Nike but not complete set). Course: fantastic course and conditions were great. Greens were probably 9-10 and that is consider fast. I loved the layout and how many of the holes were famous golf course replica. The back 9 mimicking Augusta was very nice. Service: caddy service was awesome. Very polite. They did not use range finder so yardage was a tad off. There are beverage stations throughout. Pace of play was a tad slow. Over 5 hrs. Lots of wait on par 3. Value: I think it was a decent value. We paid approx $220 not including $12 for caddy. All in all, I would recommend this course. - 4.5 MuayThai Institute (5 reviews)
-Excellent training
Monday: 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM Spent 2-3 hours Sports Camps & Clinics
MTI offers great training. I've trained both there and at one of the major Phuket gyms, and I found several advantages at MTI. The student-to-instructor ratio is conducive to learning. The focus is entirely on muay thai. That is, they have a strategy of doing one thing really well rather than trying to do everything under the sun. They have rooms on site, and that makes it convenient. If you're a tourist, looking to party hard and do a little to work off the alcohol--you're probably looking for one of the places down south. However, if you're looking for intense training and to not spend an arm and a leg, you'll do well at the Muay Thai Institute. See more..
- 4.5 Funarium Zpell (4 reviews)
-New Funarium at Zpell
Monday: 10:30 AM - 8:00 PM Spent 2-3 hours Game & Entertainment Centers
Our first visit to Zpell (Future Park Rangsit), where Funarium is located on the 3rd level. It is smaller than the other one located in central Bangkok. Nonetheless the boys had fun with the trampoline (seems to have more over in Zpell). Zpell is a huge shopping mall with lots of stores (like Toy R Us) and restaurants. Great place to visit even though the taxi over here costed about 300 Baht plus another 100 Baht for toll. Great experience. See more..

- 4.5 Lotus Museum (2 reviews)
-Beautifull Lotus Museum
Monday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Spent 1-2 hours Natural History Museums
The first time I arrived at the Lotus Museum. I was immediately amazed when I saw the building of the unique Lotus Museum like the office of The Avenger. the desgin of the building is good so it is interesting to visit many people like me 555 (laughing Thailand). When I entered inside the Museum there were many pictures that contained information about lotus. I read one by one from the picture, the content and images shown were very informative and interesting to read. then I walked in the museum area, there was a garden planted with various species of lotus. there I can see the beauty of the lotus directly, and I don’t forget to take some good photos. at first I didn’t know about lotus plants, because in my country lotus plants are not very popular. new in Thailand I know how beautiful lotus flowers that sometimes have several color combinations … I am very happy to be able to visit the Lotus Museum. -Best Market in Bangkok Area
Points of Interest & Landmarks
I've been in SEA for a long time and this is the biggest and best market I've been to. I live in the Pathum Thani area and therefore purchase all of my fruits and vegetables here. The area of the market dedicated to fruits and veggies is easily the size of three or four football fields. It's insane. Easy to get to as well, as it is right on the main highway leading north out of Bangkok. To get here from BKK: Go to either Victory Monument or the van station opposite Chatuchak Park (near the BTS stop) and get on a van heading to Thammasat University, Rangsit. Get off at Thammasat Hospital and then take a motorcyle taxi another 1 or 2 kilo and you're there. See more..
