   We booked this as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, and all really enjoyed it. They made sure when I booked about our level of Spanish and provided an English speaking guide (Ismael), so we were able to understand everything. Ismael was fabulous! Friendly, attentive, fun and informative. The caves were very interesting to see and it was lovely to have a dip in the river during the trip....again kudos to Ismael for helping to get me and my husband back I to the boat after, quite a feat of strength! The staff member taking photos from cliff tops as we travelled did a fabulous job and we have some lovely pictures to remind us of the trip. Our boat was full of serious grown ups, so there wasn't as much water fighting, splashing and jumping in as I was expecting, but they all tolerated our silliness in good humour.    If you want to go scuba diving in the La Manga area there is only one place to go, Adventure Divers run by Neil and Laura. We did our open water certificate with Neil in 2007 and last visited in Aug 19. Neil is an exceptional instructor, friendly yet professional and reassuring. There are many different dive sites offering a variety of underwater experiences to suit the newbie and the experienced scuba diver. All your diving equipment can be rented from the centre, which also offers many other water activities. Minibus transport to all the dive sites is included.     Superb visit to Casa Rojo with family today. Four of us arrived without booking and from the first second IIse (hope this is correct) was absolutely fabulous. We did not have time for the full tour so we were shown around on the basic tour(basic but superb). We could not recommend this visit and tour more it was outstanding.     I would like to echo what my friend John has said. 5 star cycling experience with Simon and Chris from Etiquette Cycling. The two lads were great. The group of 7 of us enjoyed a fantastic 3 day guided tour of the Murcia and the surrounding region with Etiquette Cycling. I would highly recommend Etiquette Cycling to anybody who enjoys cycling, great scenery, great food at a very reasonable price and fun (along with a few small challenges along the way). One thging is very important to remember: Do not try and drive or even walk the small dustroads after a heavy rainfall. You will get stuck in the clay.     Segway is a great means to see the old town of Caravaca. Our guide, Juan-Luis, was a lovely man who made my 15 year old daughter and her friend very comfortable on their Segways. We went on a tour of the old town, a nearby natural park, and on up to the old Monastery of Caravaca. Overall the tour lasted around 1:30 hours and Juan-Luis is a capable guide if you speak Spanish. His english is not great but to be honest the main enjoyment of using a Segway is the fun of riding them around and the looks you get! Overall a great day out and we'd definitely recommend it.     We'd seen this place mentioned on a TV programme and we went along one Sunday morning. It was 3€ to get in and the gallery has three floors dedicated to the local artist and the top floor hosts travelling exhibitions. The building was modern, bright and light with a splendid little shop with very reasonably priced momentos. I liked the artist's work. Figurative but abstract at the same time but the best thing was that, at midday, the artist himself showed up and took us around for a half hour visit. We hired the boat for our family of 5 and loved diving off the boat, swimming to shore on one of islands, the tranquility of the sailing and of course the outstanding paella that Carmen cooked fresh for us. Our oldest son is learning Spanish so it was great for him to have someone to converse with, and we managed to teach Carmen a few new English words as well!     We hired some e-bikes for the day from Ecoadventure and cycled the dirt coast road from Bolnuevo to Percheles beach and back. Unfortunately our favourite beach bar at Percheles was no where to be seen so we had to cycle to a nearby village and buy picnic supplies from the local Spar supermarket and had our picnic on the beach. I would advise taking a rucksack with water and a picnic. We cycled past some lovely little coves, spectacular views and as it was May there were spring flowers everywhere and the temperature was not too hot. The road is closed to cars. Only walkers and bicycles allowed. There were some hilly bits and also some gravelly bits on the road which made it a bit challenging in places. If you want to cycle something a little flatter you could always cycle the nice flat paved Paseo from Bolnuevo to the Puerto de Mazarron. We have walked that so know that route well.     The embalse is very close to the main motorway RM15 just outside of Mula. Its signposted just before the roundabout onto the RM15. The road is a bit rough in places, you pass a field of solar panels and when you finally get to the embalse there are some lovely views. Its cool and peaceful by the waterside and you quite often see climbers on the sheer drops. There is a nearby picnic area with lovely views of Mula. REally worth a visit. See more..

    Hay que apuntarse en la oficina de Turismo de Totana para hacer la visita a la Torre. Se accede desde la misma Iglesia de Santiago, y tras un vídeo, se accede a las distintas plantas hasta llegar al campanario, pasando por el coro, el reloj, etc. El guía es excelente, una persona amable que conoce la historia de Totana y responde a tus preguntas, te explica curiosidades y te hace disfrutar de toda la visita.
