    Just off the main shopping area of Ave Dr Meca there is a narrow little park leading up to Hotel La Cumbre and in the middle of this narrow park is the Torre de Santa Isabel. Torre de Santa Isabel is a watchtower high on a hill built to keep watch for Barbary Pirates as part of a coastal surveillance system built in the 16th century in the reign of Philip II.     En el año 2013 inauguraron este Mirador que se encuentra en la Sierra de Carrascoy y tiene una altitud de 450 metros, desde aquí se puede ver perfectamente el Valle de Guadalentín, Sierra de Ricote, Sierra Espuña, Sierra de la Pila y por supuesto Alhama de Murcia. Es un lugar tranquilo y al mismo tiempo bastante concurrido, por aquí deben pasar multitud de senderistas a lo largo de todo el año, sencillamente porque es una zona preciosa y está acondicionada para la práctica del senderismo.
