This boattrip is a nice way to relax on the water for 2 hours , summer can be very busy on the water , lot's of small boths with inexperienced people on the wheel. On board you can watch the local fauna of the Biesbosch. I would do this trip again in a different time of the year.See more..

Eenmaal aan boord koffie met gebak later komt de lunch uit het ruim opstijgen. Hier kun je dan fijn van eten. Alles aanwezig incl soep brood vis salades... alles wat een mooie lunch kan bieden. Veel van de Biesbosch zien ook in de kleine kreekjes. Kortom tijd te kort eigenlijk.See more..

It is hard to give a rating for this. Going through the Biesbosch, we saw a lot of competitors with more fancy boats. So you might think you can do better. But who cares? We called in the morning to get a motorboat and no problem. The boat had a decent motor and you got a friendly and clear instruction, including a map and there where trashbags and sunscreen freely available. The engine had decent power which is much appreciated since you must cross a river with rather large ships. We had fun, the dog was allowed to come along, the-rice was reasonable, and there were no issues. I couldn’t have cared less that the boat is a bit dated. They measured the gas consumption afterwards and there was absolutely no reason to distrust that. We all had a great time.See more..

Graag hadden wij op 4 juni 2021 onze Gouden Bruiloft gevierd samen met familie en vrienden. Helaas, zoals velen werden ook wij beperkt als gevolg van de corona maatregelen. Toch wilden wij deze dag niet ongemerkt voorbij laten gaan en kwamen op internet Le Pecheur tegen. Peter en Juliette, jullie hebben ons, onze dochter, schoonzoon en kleinkinderen, een fantastische dag bezorgd. De ontvangst met koffie en gebak, de boot, de prachtige natuur, de lunch en ook de afsluiting met champagne en lekkere hapjes, het was geweldig. Wat de dag compleet maakt zijn jullie zelf. Zelden zijn we met zo’n fijne mensen onderweg geweest. Gastvrij, begripvol maar ook meedenkend.

We were traveling in the Netherlands during the summer of 2022. We were invited to a regional musselfest in Bruinisse, in the Zeeland province, in July, where the public is invited on all the fishing boats for a harbor cruise. We were invited to join the festivities aboard the touring ship “Denick II” and had a fantastic time. We enjoyed that afternoon cruise so much we decided to book our 50th Anniversary Celebration on the Denick II for August 3rd 2022. We booked a cruise of the Gevelingenmeer near the Central Parc at the Port Zélande Vacation Resort, one of their ports of call. We were able reserve a good portion of the below deck dining room for our 30 guests of family and friends, and had the Rederij Denick Team cater it for us. Words cannot express how grateful we are for how well our celebration went. The cruise was a total delight. The area absolutely beautiful. The soup and amazing variety of sandwiches were all freshly prepared and of excellent quality. We also had an open bar and a wonderful selection of deep fried Dutch snacks throughout the cruise, which was topped off by a coffee/tea service with the most delicious pastries, procured fresh from a local town bakery. Rederij Denick made our 50th Anniversary the epic celebration we had hoped for. The crew provided for an informative narrative of the area as we cruised along and staff provided the most amazing and personable service. If you are ever in the area of The Port Zélande Vacation Resort, we can wholeheartedly recommend spending a couple of hours on the Grevelingenmeer… the waters were calm and the scenery and sailboats magnificent. And they are very cost effective and we thank them for a different and most memorable afternoon.See more..
