I really enjoyed visiting the Seefelder Mühle. The building alone is worth a visit - a carefully restored mill surrounded by cobbled patio. There’s a farmers’ market every first Sunday of the month selling interesting local produce (including kombucha and smoked garlic!) and a cafe selling German food and an array of cakes. We also enjoyed a music night here - there are lots of cultural events including concerts and craft workshops. We were always warmly welcomed. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area. We were here to see Jan Piewka & die schwarz-rote heilsarmee. This is a kult (ure) location and their future events sound exciting. The seats are very comfortable,acoustics good and if you don't want to keep your coat with you it's possible to give it in at the 'garderobe' for a minimal cost (€1.50). In einem alten Dorfgasthof haben engagierte junge Leute ein tolles internationales Kulturzentrum geschaffen. Es finden Konzerte, Filmabende und viele Begegnungen von jung und alt, Einheimischen und Zugewanderten statt. Der alte "Saal", in dem früher Hochzeiten, Beerdigungsschmäuse, Familienfeiern stattfanden, hat einen wunderschönen Dielenboden, es ist eine Bühne eingebaut und Rock, Blues, Jazz rocken das alte Gasthaus. Draußen gibt es einen Biergarten und für Essen und Trinken ist auch gesorgt.
Unbedingt mal reingucken (auch auf der facebook-Seite wg. aktueller Veranstaltungen), ein Kleinod auf dem Land ! See more..
