Tuesday: 9:30 AM - 10:00 PM Adrenaline & Extreme Tours
After arriving on time for our 2pm slot we were made to wait an hour until our instructors were free. We then were asked what size wetsuit we wanted and all the people who wanted a small were told that there were none left as there was another group using the smalls. This meant that 6 or our group had to wear wetsuits that were WAY to big for them....on day in early May...not ideal! The activities themselves were fun. I wouldn't recommend them to people who are not active. You have to sign a waiver to say that all activities are at your own risk and there are not many safety checks in place. All in all it was a fun afternoon but there were some frustrating aspects. See more..

Skydive Teuge (Nationaal Paracentrum Teuge) is a great place to learn skydiving, do tandem jumps or just do fun jumps. The staff is friendly and very experienced! I did 7 jumps at DZ Teuge and did the Dutch Static-Line Jump Course there and definitely will return for more. See more..

I had an amazing time at this retreat during one of their 5-Day ceremonies, how can you not fall in love with their nature temple!? The people and facilitators who run and help out are wonderful and the food they serve is lovely. Each day there are things to do - breath work, meditation, massage, integration talk, group shares. My fellow guests also made the experience that much more beautiful, would definitely go back again in future. See more..
