Wipeout, Gelderland Province, The Netherlands

3.5 (144 reviews) Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 10:00 PM Spent Ranking #2 in Zoelen Adrenaline & Extreme Tours

Badly organised

After arriving on time for our 2pm slot we were made to wait an hour until our instructors were free. We then were asked what size wetsuit we wanted and all the people who wanted a small were told that there were none left as there was another group using the smalls. This meant that 6 or our group had to wear wetsuits that were WAY to big for them....on day in early May...not ideal! The activities themselves were fun. I wouldn't recommend them to people who are not active. You have to sign a waiver to say that all activities are at your own risk and there are not many safety checks in place. All in all it was a fun afternoon but there were some frustrating aspects.

good fun, wrong safety measures and no local support.
We had fun and the park is varied, but someone of our groupe had an accident that could have been avoided with better safety measures. Also no effective support and we had to find the hospital by our own means. Unacceptable. Moreover, they sell alcohol on all the boots near the attractions, from 9 o'clock onwards. very dangerous.

For doing it once its ok
Visited this for a bachelor party. It was fun no doubt about that but they don’t allow to do all of the wipe out attractions due to shortage of time. It is a pitty that for their top attractions there are apparently timeslots ( what they told us). So the death ride over the water was not possible but we payed the same amount like the others which is unfair. No compensation given. Then the lockers, 2 euro that you loose everytime you open it, that is stealing from the wallet when it is secured. The BBQ, disaster of logistics combined with low quality. You need to BBQ your own meat that you selected from the cantine buffet on a backing plate, not a bbq. After a full day and hungry you want your food to be ready and get it a orderly manner and short time. 3 courses BBQ?? dessert only 2 sorts of ice cream. You are better off eating outside e.g. at the Van der Valk hotel restaurant.
