I came here with my daughter for a treat while visiting Holland ,it is an amazing place so many different saunas to experience and the salt water pool in the cave is a lovely experience . Very well designed and maintained for a great day of relaxation and to lie down with the infra red lights while looking out over the lake just breath taking. The entry price is such good value and for a little bit its worth having the 25 minute massage. Lunch is good with plenty of healthy choices if possibly a little pricey,ideally bring your own robe and towel to save paying extra for them.All in all a great experience i will difinitely be backSee more..

Sauna accommodation is 70% outdoor activity incl. sauna cabin on boat (ca. 12 min tour). Hot swimming pool and 2 whirlpools outdoor (also 1 indoor). Cosy atmosphere because of small scale. Sauna's excellent dry. Possibilities for cooling down are limited. Loylo (Aufguss) frequent and very special to end a relaxing day. Infra red cabin, no added value. Restaurant is rather big. it was my first experience with dutch sauna. was shock to see men and women together naked at start. but all dutch react normally except one italian who was to much excited to meet me there. the sauna left nice impression what i cannot say about beauty salon. the depilation was terrible and therapist not even made bikini line as was requested and paid (iam not even mention that she would never do full vaxing of intimate zone as i do in Russia)See more..

Spontaneous decision to go and relax together after a few intens weeks. Wonderful and small sized sauna, when it's not to busy especially nice. I hope they are gonna update everything to the style of the entrance of the sauna area: beautiful mosaic. Coz in daylight for instance the scrub area does not look that nice. The menu is really extended & tasty. Pity that (while customers are continueous pointed at it) the bar staff does not contribute to a peaceful atmosphere. If you are looking for a relaxing Spa day with multiple sauna's or want to hang out in a great quiet peacefull Japanese Garden with lots of relaxing beds and chairs in various corners where you see the surrounding waters and view the lake, you've come to the right place. Would advice to ask for a 'klankschalen' session (singing bowl session) and ópgieting'(infusion) you will get a card for the sessions so that the rooms are not too crowded The staff is all friendly people and the food is very good. Not your average sauna menu. Great for lunch and diner. We had a great Thai salad a Poke Bowl and a glas of Verdejo white wine the coffee is also very good and brought in an seperate metal cupto keep the espresso warm, showing attention to detail which makes the overal experience great! Spent More than 3 hours Hammams & Turkish Baths • Spas Via a special offer, my girlfriend and I spent the day at this sauna/wellness facility. It was fantastic! Housed in a structure that was originally a big home, the layout is great, and the choices many. We were greeted warmly at reception, and directed to the locker area on the upper floor. It was bright and clean, with places to dry hair, apply makeup, as well as good sized lockers with a key. We were given a full tour, that pointed out the restaurant, with its intimate layout, as well as outdoor jaccuzzis, an indoor pool, showers, both warm and cold, and in what was the basement, a very well laid out group of saunas, from Finnish to a Turkish steam bath. A relaxation session was offered in one of the meditation rooms. The highlight of our day was our Turkish bath (Hammam). The room was warm and light, and the therapists very good. We had the 30 minute session, which included the bathing experience as well as a deep-tissue massage. The 45 minute session has a shampoo in addition. The sauna is very near the train station in Velp, but also has parking in the front. It opens at 12 noon, and Wednesday is woman's day. According to the web site, there is also a large back patio with sun lounges, but we visited in winter, so did not experience it. You need to bring your own robe, slippers, and towel, as is true in many places here in the Netherlands. This is a smaller facility, so I would imagine it can get busy. A reservation is necessary, especially for the Turkish bath. It is a great experience, even just with the sauna/spa. The Hammam puts the memories over the top! All of the the staff are friendly and helpful. We will be visiting this establishment again in the future!See more..
