A little disappointed with room, long red hair left on the bed, rawel plug left in the bidet. Bathroom and toilet doors supposed to slide, Had to lift the door to slide it so had to be quite strong to shut the doors. The staff were lovely and the room comfortable and nicely decorated. Very disappointed with restaurant, no choice if you have any food allergies. so didn't really enjoy the basic food but the house wine was nice. Very surprised that the breakfast buffet had bowls of peanuts and other nuts on a table uncovered. If you have a peanut allergy then I suggest you take your EpiPen. went for a walk thinking the hotel was set in a national park, but surrounded by houses really. It is definitely nowhere near as good as other 5 star hotels I have stayed in but probably deserves 4 starts

    Disappointed in lack of access to facilities
    Poor show la manga club, lots of empty football pitches and my 2 sons were not allowed to use a part of them to play - both wearing football boots and their own ball but your staff quickly appeared and asked them to leave. When they asked if there was anywhere they could play they were told no. What a shame when the facility is not being used. Both boys have attended football academy here in previous years but are now too old, we won't be visiting la manga club again
