  2. 4.5 St. Martins Sea Caves (543 reviews)
    - Caves and quaintness

    St. Martins Sea Caves image
Cute little seaside town adjacent to the sea caves. The caves themselves are nothing particularly mindblowing, but the area as a whole is oozing with charm. Make sure you check the tides and go at low tide as they are inaccessible at any other time. The caves themselves are roped off so you cannot enter them. Wear sandals or shoes you can get wet as you will need to cross tidal pools and a small stream to get close. There is a restaurant, cafe, shops and washrooms all on site. If you’re feeling extra adventurous follow the path around the point at low tide to a hidden cove with additional non roped off caves. It’s very pretty and worth the effort, just time it correctly or you’ll be swimming back! :) Nice little spot. I’d recommend about 1 hour… more if you want lunch or a nice beachside coffee. Cape Enrage image
I took my son who uses a walker to Cape Enrage to see if he could zip line. The staff was so wonderful! They helped him up the stairs, gave lots of encouragement then brought his walker to the end so it would be ready for him. Both men from the equipment shed came to see my son finish and help him then helped him down the stairs. They made sure he was accommodated and had an amazing experience that he will never forget. Such wonderful service!! See more..
  4. 4.0 Stonehammer UNESCO Global Geopark (20 reviews)
    - Stonehammer Geopark
Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Spent More than 3 hours Nature & Wildlife Areas • Geologic Formations
    Stonehammer UNESCO Global Geopark image
Stonehammer UNESCO Global Geopark is located in Southern New Brunswick on the East Coast of Canada. Stonehammer Geopark is a geological park where you can experience a billion years of Earth’s history. The landscape of the Stonehammer Geopark has been created by the collision of continents, the closing and opening of oceans, volcanoes, earthquakes, ice ages and climate change. The rocks of our geopark have been witness to the evolution of life, from the first discovery of Precambrian stromatolite fossils, to the ‘Cambrian Explosion’ of life, to the evolution of vertebrates and the emergence of life on land. The geopark includes geological stories from late Precambrian time a billion years ago to the most recent Ice Age, and almost everything between. See more..
  5. 5.0 Unesco Fundy Biosphere Reserve (1 review)
    - UNESCO Inscribed site since 2007
Friday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Geologic Formations
    Unesco Fundy Biosphere Reserve image
An UNESCO inscribed site since 2007, this Biosphere Reserve is found on the western side of the upper Bay of Fundy. As in other parts of the Bay, there are lush forests, rugged coastlines, extreme tidal ranges, salt marshes, tidal mudflats as well as biodiversity in its ecology. The Mi’kmaq, the Acadians and other settlers made inroads here although the southern half is not so well developed. I was able to see what this Reserve is all about from a few outlooks in Fundy National Park, but not all items of interest are accessible because of the potential danger. UNESCO has recognized the significance of this area. See more..
