Revitalized. Restored. Rejuvenated. And incredibly rewarding. Oh, and did we forget to mention more spectacular than practically any course in Canada? That's the Algonquin, which for well more than a century has been among Canada's seaside golfing greats. But good golf can always get better, and that's exactly what's happened here. Under the guidance of Rod Whitman, the brilliant mind behind the creation of many of Canada's top designs, the Algonquin has undergone an extensive renovation, in turn elevating it to its rightful place among the country's best. Now it's your turn to enjoy the breathtaking beauty where spectacular golf meets incredible ocean vistas. Read our Algonquin Golf flip book here. See more..

Been to this course a few years back and attended this past week a fund raiser and forgot how impressive this course actually was. The club house is beautiful and overlooks the 9th hole with a outdoor patio with awesome views of the course. The restaurant its self has a vast selection to choose from to keep everyone happy. I must say the wine selection is also a bonus and lots to choose from from in everyone's price range. The course is magnificent, very well groomed and the greens are perfect with no ball bouncing around when you hit it. It's challenging and the carts help with built in GPS. Very courteous staff and always willing to assist. Highly recommended for every age group. See more..

  5. 3.5 Mactaquac Golf Course (9 reviews)
    - Amazing
    Golf Courses
    Mactaquac Golf Course image
Mactaquac is really in good shape, this year. The greens are really good and fun to play on. For all the golfers that are visiting the region I strongly suggest that you take a turn and include Mactaquac in your golf courses plays. The fact that it is in a provincial park, gets you the chance to see some wildlife that I find very amusing. Other recent accolades include, Travel Leisure Magazine Top 20 International Openings, Top 100 Best Courses in the world outside the US by Golf Digest in 2006 and the "Best Places to Play" in 2008. The 9 Hole Executive Course allows the golfer with limited time to treat themselves to a course that is immaculately conditioned and fun to play. The golf course was completed under the design of the top Canadian firm of Cooke Huxham International. The architect’s imaginative design creates a variety of environments hole by hole. Masterfully bunkered with wide-open fairways, Kingswood focuses on the natural surroundings and presents a challenge for the expert player without being overly taxing on the novice. The facility also offers a 375 yard double practice range and a 17,000 square foot putting green. The Pro Shop staff is always eager to assist golfers with shop accessories, apparel, club rentals and lessons for every level of play. The fact that Kingswood provides an array of panoramic views makes the selection of a signature hole an unenviable chore for any golfing scholar. The view from the 14th tee, highlighted by a 30-foot waterfall, is simply dramatic and will leave every golfer in amazement. This magnificent signature hole required 400,000 tons of rock to be removed, leaving a finished product that inspires a sense of awe in its majestic beauty and ingenious design. Kingswood is laden with risk reward opportunities that will test the skills of the novice and challenge the most seasoned of golfers. It provides a beautiful setting to be enjoyed by golfers of all levels and definitely the most spectacular fun to play golf course anywhere. See more..

Great spot to play. We stopped here on our way back from another 14 day golf journey east. Very nice course very picturesque and well maintained and playable. Tough greens and a little hilly but the views were fabulous. They play well into the local longest covered bridge theme with their own cart bridge on 17. Well established course very affordable and they serve a nice lunch in their restaurant. See more..

Took my father in law out for a round on Father’s Day. The course was in great shape (a little dry in spots, but to be expected during the heat wave we are experiencing). A great value for 18 holes. All the greens are in play and in great shape. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Drinks were cold and the sandwiches were delicious. They have Covid 19 protocols in place. Looking forward to our next round. See more..

Lakeside Golf and Country Club image
This is a sweet little gem of a course, tucked just outside of Moncton. 15 mins from downtown. 18 holes, the front was wide open - the back more tree lined. We played 18 holes, a beverage cart kept us quenched. A gazebo with a firepit was calling our name when we finished. Members were gathered around, it was so refreshing and pleasant. The staff was so accommodating. Thank you for a great experience. See more..

What a great golf course. Situated in the Petitcodiac Valley just west of Moncton, this is a very enjoyable spot to enjoy a round of golf. We called to see if 11:30 would work, and it was no problem. Arrived to find a wonderful clubhouse with very friendly and helpful staff. Played 18 holes as if the place was all to ourselves. Well maintained, and not at all challenging. Wide fairways, great greens, and just a wonderful experience. Wish we lived closer. See more..

    Golf Courses
Called for a tee time on Friday afternoon for a Saturday morning, and to our surprise, we were able to book a time at 10:15 AM. What a wonderful gem of a golf course. The holes are long, but great to play. We played the front nine before we had to head back on the road to travel north. Great course, friendly staff, and very friendly golfers whom we met on the course and in the club house. We would definitely play this as much as we could if we lived closer. Don't miss it! Restigouche Golf and Country Club image
We played here over the weekend and loved it!! I strongly suggest you get a power cart if you have not played here before!! This is a very hilly course and there are not many times you will find yourself with a flat lie. Although it is a shorter course than most, do not let that fool you!! This is a challenging course. Fairways were a vit rough as a result if dry summer but greens were excellent!! Many doglegs, water features and wonderful views. Last two holes are par 3's which is a bit odd, but it works!! We had a great day!! See more..
