Attended the 2022 NCAA Women's Volleyball Final Four. State of the art arena and facility: a great venue in a small city. Plenty of parking, downtown location, not far from hotels, restaurants. The center itself is commodious, modern, neat as can be. Arena seats are actually comfortable, important to me since I have a bad back. Concessions and restrooms are close-by: the latter are very clean. I can't speak to the food, but the popcorn was good. The staff is friendly and helpful, taking the initiative and asking if they can be of assistance. I'd been there a couple times before for a show, but this was the first time for a sports event. The only thing I didn't like was all the techno-pop music between every serve. Ear-shatteringly loud & unnecessary. Let the school bands play. Isn't that why they are there? But overall a great experience for any college volleyball fan! See more..

  3. 5.0 The Chase County Fair & Expo (1 review)
    - Very good county fair!
    Convention Centers
The Chase County Fair is similar to many county fairs in the rural midwest and western US. The fair itself has various local exhibits such as 4H animals, local artwork, farm equipment, etc. There is a carnival with many rides for kids (or adults). There are multiple food vendors. The highlight of the fair for us was an evening tractor pull. This was the best run tractor pull I have attended in over 50 years of tractor pulls. It ran smoothly and was great fun to watch. This fair was less crowded than others I have attended. One word of caution regarding this fair: although the grounds are open all afternoon, the carnival rides and some other activities don't get underway until 5:00 pm. Admission and parking are free.
