In center of baden a wonderful park just by the casino. Very nice to walk and enjoy the nature and different statues or the beethovem temple where the view is nice. Quite big but was not crowdy on this cold day so ideal for the covid times.See more..

Great natural park which is about 1 hour drive from vienna. We came by car and for two persons we paid 7,5 euro to enter. It is tight road up and can get quite busy close to the atractions so once up best is to park before and walk the last part. The while area is nice for walking and you have well marked routes, shorter and longer. When there go for the skywalk which is included in the price was a bit crowded but the view is great as are all around. Due to covid all the hotels and resturants were closed but still was a great walk. See more..

6 EU gets you inside; climbing and archery costs quite a bit on top of that. the petting zoo has a few goats, sheep, and extra fluffy chickens of a special breed. That's all. If you want to interact with the Lamas, that costs more- probably justified, because you need to be supervised on how to handle them. beware that the big plastic bubbles you can climb into also are an extra. I got told off for TOUCHING one without asking- and it was by no means obvious whom to ask. there is a little outdoor food stall- ok and no more. bear in mind that this is Austria- you can always refill your water bottle for free in the washroom. Which had no paper in the female section when i was there, and it was NOT an overcrowded day. A few fun acivities for younger kids, but on the whole this just isn't worth an extra trip, unless you happen to be in the neighborhood. We were done in an hour- if you do the climbing thing though, you need a lot more time.See more..
Took my wife and our children (6 & 9 years old) for the day - had lots of fun. And as seems the norm with Austria, it wasn't over crowded- everyone had space to sun bathe/play/swim. Kids hammered the slide. Then we ate and hired a peddloe which we took to the centre of the lake and used the slide on it to get into the water for a swim. Great memories made.See more..
We crossed into the Thayatal park from the Czech Republic crossing the bridge at Hardegg. This is Austria's smallest town and was very pretty. There is a castle which is open from April. There are several walking trails in the national park following the river Dyje. There are toilets and a restaurant by the bridge in Hardegg. Definitely worth a look.See more..

Spacious oasis right next to the center of Wiener Neustadt. Excellent for long walks, running or jogging, reading, bike riding, and many other things. Many different areas and terrains, the pond is a lovely spot for a picnic!See more..

That is some fun park. Many different parkours i.e different difficulties, but all manageable . In between high trees and ponds and creeks and the Dino park below, what else can you ask for in an adventure . The staff gives you a good introduction and off you go. Some of the stuff I had to really try hard, my son (9 years) just zip lined them... Thats not fair.. but the zip line I was on was awesome. After 2 hours I was genuinely tired and had a drink at the little hut DOWNSTAIRS.....My kids (11 and 9) were enthusiastic and want to come again.See more..

Was there for a company trip and was not disappointed. They have a great array of different parcours with varying difficulties. Be advised to not take the most difficult climbing parcour (colored in black) in the end - it is difficult and demanding. The owner was very friendly and chatted with me a little bit about the park and how they came to found this. They gave helpful advice when they saw that someone was having dificulties and were always watching in case there would be a problem. In the end I was feeling exhausted but very glad that I have been there.See more..

Herr Werner Reithmayer betreibt sein vielen Jahren sein Hobby, der Selbstbau von Eisenbahanlagen. Besonders liebevoll sind hier auch die Lokomotiven mit Diesel oder Dampf angefertig. Nun hat er seit ca 2008 seinen grossen Traum verwirklicht und eine grosse Eisenbahnanlage gebaut. Man erreicht Sie zsichen dem Museum Essel und dem Strandbad bzw Kierlinger Bahnhof neben dem Radweg. Auch vom Park Inn oder Happyland kann man zu Fuss hingehen. Die Anlage wurde mit freiwilligen und Spenden errichtet. Meistens Samstag ist die Anlage in Betrieb. man kann auf dem Zug gegen geringes Entgelt mitfahren. Leider gibt es immer wieer Vandalen die die Anlage zerstören.See more..

Wir sind gerne in der Natur und abseits von Lärm und Trubel. Regenwetter und wir vorerst die einzigen Gäste, aber vom Besitzer sehr freundlich empfangen. Abends im Bett liegen mit Blick auf die Bäume und den Sternenhimmel - ein Traum. Das liebevoll hergerichtete Frühstück wurde in die Hütte gebracht. The Naturpark Föhrenberge is a good opportunity to explore Wienerwald, a good alternative to the most popular Lainzer Tiergarten. The difference is that here there is a trail for mountain bikes as well. I have enjoyed the walk in the forest, even though it was not super easy to understand the right direction to take. Es gibt eine große Rutsche mit 3 Bahnen und einen sehr netten Kleinkinderbereich. Durch den schönen Altbaumbestand ist auch ausreichend Schatten auf den großzügigen Liegeflächen.
