- 4.5 Øresund Bridge - Öresund Bridge (4.796 reviews)
-Impressive and very expensive
Friday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Bridges
This is a truely impressive building, and crossing the Øresund via this combination of tunnel (on the Danish side) and bridge (on the Swedisch side) delivers good views and impressions. It is recommended to book the travel in advance via internet, but anyway it will be an expensive experience (54 € for one crossing if paid directly by card, five Euros less if booked in advance). Hence the pricing is exhaustive. So I drove a bit slower than usual (but quicker than the trucks ;-) to at least enjoy a bit longer what I have paid for. See more..

-Beautiful view
Spent 1-2 hours Points of Interest & Landmarks
You can go right up and touch the stones. There went many people there, but that might be due to the time of year and the cold, so that meant I was able to get some pics without anyone else in them. Just a cool place with an amazing view. See more..
- 4.5 St. Petri (St. Peter's Church) (809 reviews)
-A beautiful building
Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Architectural Buildings
We could see the spire when we were walking around Malmö, so were intrigued as to the building it belonged to. St. Petri is a beautiful Church with such history, as it was built over 700 years ago. Lots of interesting artefacts to look at. Loved the "rat trail" that's been laid on for children over summer. Great fun for wee ones. Thrilled to hear the organ being played while we were there as well. What a gorgeous sound it made. See more..

- 4.5 Tropikariet (475 reviews)
-Fun for all!
Friday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM Zoos
This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but on the inside there are four floors full of animals! -1 there is an aquarium with some sharks as well as a place where you can get some fish to clean your fingers :p not for the ticklish, haha. 1st floor has lemurs and meerkats. The lemurs walk freely around their area (as well as the monkeys and toucans on floor 2). 2nd floor has a night safari, which was my favorite! There were bats as well as sugar gliders and monkeys jumping all around you. So much fun! The 3rd floor had all the "weirder" looking animals such as mudskippers and ghost fish. All in all a fun day for both the adults and two small kids. See more..

- 4.5 Slottstradgarden (308 reviews)
-Enchanting secret garden
Gardens
Was walking with some friends to see the site of the old castle when we stumbled across this wonderful garden. It's surrounded by a tall hedge so we didn't know anything special was there until we went through a small entrance. The large garden is divided by hedges and fences into dozens of small gardens, each with a different theme and type of plants. There is also a restaurant that uses vegetables from the garden in its meals. We didn't eat there, but the prices were reasonable and there is inviting outdoor seating in a shady rosegarden. This was my favorite spot in Malmö: beautiful, peaceful, free, and an easy walk from the central station. See more..

Would highly recommended a little visit as its just 5 minutes walk from the busy shopping area. See more..

- 4.5 Island of Ven (230 reviews)
-Simply breathtaking.
Islands
A visit to the island is an absolute must! We caught the 10am ferry from Landskrona. The views across the Oresund are amazing. Once you reach the island, you can either hire bikes to get around or walk. We chose to walk as the island is very small and you get to see more in my opinion. It is simply beautiful. Unspoilt nature at its best. Pretty little houses and few cars. The only drawback was that it seemed to be party day for teenagers who had also come over on the ferry. They charged around the island on the bikes done with loud speakers blaring out music! There is a lovely shop in the centre of the island where we stopped to buy lunch. The ice cream shop in the harbour sells tasty ice cream and don’t forget to visit the silver jewellery shop hidden in the harbour area. Just gorgeous! A fantastic day out! See more..
