A great experience
An educative experience which allows you to explore the foods outside of your usual comfort zone. I appreciated that you both get to read and see different foods from the world, but also to try them yourself. The tasting experience was amazing, largely thanks to our guide Simone. He explained and guided us through the food with so much knowledge abd interesting stories. I appreciate how he convinced us to try foods we would not normally dare to eat, without being pushy and with lots of empathy. Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Malmö!

Great museum with amazing staff
The museum its self is small and compact but lots to see and read. Where this place really stands out is the tasting section where you get to test your self with some unique foods, which you would never normal get to try. This is only elevated by the staff who were all amazing and walk you through your tasting experience, explaining each food and what to expect. We were guided by Joy who was wonderful and made the whole experience even better and supported us in a food journey. Really worth a visit if you’re in town - the price seems a bit expensive but feels well worth it when you finish!
