    I took the boat with a friend at the stop near Frauenkirche and got off at the stop next to the blue wonder bridge (just 1 stop). The trip took about an hour and was pleasant and relaxing. We had some drinks in the boat and admired the view on both sides of Elbe River including the 3 beautiful Elbe castles. After getting off the boat, we walked back slowly to the town centre. It's also a very pleasant walk and there're many cyclists on the way. Highly recommended if the weather is fine. If you want, you can even take the boat all the way to for example Radebeul and Meissen. See more..

    I have always enjoyed walking on the Muldenpromenade, a narrow cycling and walking trail along the river Zwickauer Mulde. It was for me the best way to get to the city centre from hotel Achat where I used to stay and the best way to relax after work. See more..
