   Amazingly beautiful!A must to see when in Yangshou, I can stand there for hours and just admire the landscape. I was fortunate to see it in fairly clear weather before it covered up with cloud and rain started , but once the rain stopped it was an awesome sight to see how the mist rise from the mountains and dissapear before the sun.    The trek to Dazai and Jinkeng Rice Terraces took more than 4 hours. It is a challenging trek along narrow mountain trails. The scenery however more than compensate for the stress on the knees due to the stone slabs trails. My guide, Mr Liao a Zhuang minority and the father in law of the Baike hotel owner walks like he is on a sunday stroll. He has to slow down considerably for me. See more..

   Be under no illusion, the walk up this hill may be stepped and not require hiking boots but it is STEEP and high and usually it's going to be hot and humid. However, it doesn't matter how hot and sweaty you get once you're at the top - the views are second to none. Be sure to give yourself enough time here - most of the walkways all join in a big circle but there's a couple of smaller offshoots. There's no need for a guide as most of the iconic sights are signposted. I advise taking a water bottle with you - they were building a store when I went but I'm not sure the hours of opening or prices. See more..

   I have visited about eight limestone caves in China, and I like the Crystal Palace most. The cave is bigger than other caves; it is deep, wide and tall. The stalagmites and stalactites come in various sizes and shapes, and are illuminated by colorful floodlights. A good point about the cave is that the paths are covered with non-slip mats, and hence you don't have to worry about slippery rocks. We all agreed that this beautiful cave is worth visiting.    My boyfriend and I were on a time constraint to see the rice villages. We only had a day and needed to get to the airport by 230 for a flight. I set it up about a month prior with Andy to pick us up in our hotel in yangshou, visit the rice terraces for a few hours, and drop us off at the airport.     Absolutely stunning rock formations, and well worth the effort to make it out there. Neon lights and boisterous crowds, along with hawkers for photographs and souvenir stands ruin any sort of nature ambience, but it’s simply unforgettable, and by the end of it you may appreciate the lighting. English audio guides are provided at no cost, but be prepared to line up for at least 20 minutes, if not an hour. Great for rainy days as it's all indoors, and the rain trickles down into the caves for even greater effect. Lots of steps, so very young ones might not enjoy it, and not stroller-friendly.     最大的特色是亚热带植物众多，竹林茂密，负氧离子充沛，隔音林印象深刻。景点依次分布在一条小溪边，各种池和潭无非和很多地方一样是传说得名，可能是因为冬天枯水期，观赏价值不大。整个景区游览路线漫长，没有足够的耐心和时间很难坚持下来，因为看到后面，景色差不多，没有惊艳之处。现在景区正在兴建戏水工程，工地也比较多，人工色彩渐浓。 See more..

    前个月去的吞力屯黑衣壮，一到寨门就hold不住了。寨里的姑娘们都端着一杯玉米酒让我们喝，好热情啊！！里面的杆栏式建筑也很有特色，我最喜欢的是他门的蓝靛染织工艺，让我联想到了轧染，和蜡染。又是一种新型工艺呢！里面的人超热情的，跳舞对歌什么的，还有模拟结婚的。哟喂！最后还可以去他们里面的一个“金花寨”客栈休息，一个很有民族特色的休闲吧。客栈也很有特色，晚上天空很多星星呢！ See more..

    We visited the Huangluo yao village - The long hair village. The village is not that spectacular but the show which the ladies give is excellent. The show give you a climpse into their cultue and the highlight is when they reveal their long hair.     久仰世界第一的布柳河天生桥大名，过年的时候，从南宁做汽车6个小时到乐业后，又包车（没有车直达，过年600元一天，真心贵）到了布柳河边上的小村庄。所幸现在这座桥在国内的名声还不够响，没人收门票，穿过村庄，当地的村民开价50元一次竹排，不贵。顺着竹排，由远而近，大桥就到了的眼前。桥高145米，跨度177米。最奇特的此桥是横跨布柳河上，必须竹排才能到。顺着水流，顺河而下，巨大的“人字”桥从头顶而过，真是大自然的鬼斧神工，此桥堪称是世界上最美丽的天生桥。 See more..
