Be under no illusion, the walk up this hill may be stepped and not require hiking boots but it is STEEP and high and usually it's going to be hot and humid. However, it doesn't matter how hot and sweaty you get once you're at the top - the views are second to none. Be sure to give yourself enough time here - most of the walkways all join in a big circle but there's a couple of smaller offshoots. There's no need for a guide as most of the iconic sights are signposted. I advise taking a water bottle with you - they were building a store when I went but I'm not sure the hours of opening or prices.See more..
