This is worth visit. which is 5 hours travel from Nanning, China. The view of the cavern is magnificent and a lots of walking steps front to end. There is a side track to climp up steep steps to the local village selling herbs along the side of path. There is a waterfall that you can walk around it that will spill enough water mist that cools you down.The water flows into underground within the cave. There is another waterfall which has a height drop of 188m which can only be view from far but not accessible through the tourist path.See more..
3.5Baiya Canyon(2 reviews) - A proper place for killing time Canyons
Basic information The Canyon is 10km long and the highest summit is 1200m. But the whole canyon is not completely exploited. There are total 5 places to see, including 2 waterfalls and 3 ponds. Road trip 40 minutes' drive from Wuxuan County Ticket 40 rmb / adult. 20 rmb for children. no charge for children under 1.2m Scenery it is a typical Danxia Landform park teemed with assorted plants and wildlife. A trail leads the way through the narrow valley, stream tinkling from below, birds singing above. After 20 minutes' walk, there came a fork in the road. One way led to West King Waterfall(西王瀑), and the other, the Great Waterfall (locals compared its beauty to heavenly maids scattering blossoms from sky) which rested in the highest place the path could get. Two waterfalls were linked by another trail. They shine in their own way. WK Waterfall boasted clear and deep water which is proper for swimmers. G Waterfall excelled in grotesqueness, water falling from two closely drawn cliffs, caving into the ground. Infrastructure some of it was old and decrepit. The reception center near the fork road was nothing more than a simple store. The paths that led to the two waterfalls were barely paved. And there was no road to the highest summit, which, i think, was a real pity. Restaurant one outside the park gate, one in the reception center in the canyon. Both charged expensively. Opinion The canyon itself is beautiful but nothing special in terms of Danxia Landform. It is a good place for short trip if you are nearby and want to kill some time.
