We had such a great time here. We watched 2 movies and they started around 9:15 and we finished around 12:30 pm. The only thing to be aware of is MapQuest directions send you into a neighborhood and doesn’t take you to the theater. If you are unfamiliar with the area call ahead and get directions so you don’t end up lost in the dark. See more..

The Coyote Twin is a non-profit community run cinema located in downtown Vermillion, SD. The theater has been a keystone of Vermillion life and culture for decades. In July 2015, a group of local citizens purchased the theater in order to prevent it from closing. Since the purchase, over $200,000 in donation have led to improvements in both theaters. They have been updated with digital projection, state of the art sound, new screens. rocker back chairs and new lighting.
