    Zymurcracy Beer Co. image
Neat little stop - not snazzy on the outside but very nice inside. Tried the egg nog ale, kolsch, Hefeweizen and American stout - all were very good with the kolsch being the best (imo). Price was reasonable at $9 for a flight of 4 but it will fluctuate based on your selections. It is a little hard to get to on the south side of the by pass around rapid city. See more..

  13. 5.0 Buffalo Ridge Brewing (4 reviews)
    - Beautiful Brewery and Great Beers
    Saturday: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM Breweries
    Buffalo Ridge Brewing image
Buffalo Ridge Brewing has a beautiful taproom that is less than one year old. There is plenty of seating both inside and out. We grabbed a couple of seats at the bar due to it being quite warm outside during our visit. We were able to try many of their beers by purchasing a flight and some pints. The beers were all quite good. They do offer some food items, but we did not purchase any food. While enjoying our beers, we were able to meet one of the owners. She explained how Buffalo Ridge came to be and the hard work that they have put into the business. While this brewery is still quite new, I'm sure that they will be around for a long time as words spreads about this wonderful place. Its located and short drive from Sioux Falls SD so if you're in the area, give this place a visit. Great beer, beautiful taproom and great service. A wonderful place to visit to kick back and relax. Thanks! Cheers! See more..
  14. 4.0 A Homestead Brew (1 review)
    - Worth a Visit!
    Spent 1-2 hours Breweries
    A Homestead Brew image
We recently traveled to Sioux Falls, SD for a weekend vacation and this was one of the 12 microbreweries we visited during our trip. This brewery is located in a rural area between Sioux Falls and the State of Minnesota. We needed GPS to find the location and were about to give up when we crested a hill and located Homestead Brew. The brewery is located on a hop farm. As we got out of the car we could smell the hops as the brewers were working on a batch of beer. The tap house is not very large, and there was a steady stream of visitors while we were there. We sampled some beers and also did a couple of pints. Homestead seems to focus on sours, but all the beers we tried were very good. They do have a small selection of snacks available, and we really didn't see any place close to grab a bite to eat on our way to the brewery. If you're from out of town you'll need GPS to locate this place. It is a very nice brewery and worth the drive. I was truly surprised by the amount of people that they drew to the tap house. Word must be out that their beer is good, which it is. Cheers! See more..
