4.5Cabo de Ajo(103 reviews) - Quiet and peaceful Lookouts
This place was just down the street from where we stayed for a few nights. Went there with my dog in the afternoon. Only costs 1 Euro, dogs are free and welcome here (on a leash of course). It's a nice little spot here on the coast. A few trails leading around the nice lighthouse. Lots of green, lots of nature, impressive coastlines. It's a quiet, peaceful place. Only a handful visitors were there that day. A bunch of information panels give you more insight about the plants and animals around here. There are also (free) telescopes to use, in case you need to zoom in on something interesting. Also a good number of benches, in case you just wanna sit down and take in the wonderful scenery here. It's possible to take a stroller here, most of it is gravel, but most trails are not steep. Wheelchairs would have problems though I'd say. It's really a nice place to come to enjoy the coast and its nature.See more..

4.5Mirador De Santa Lucia(15 reviews) - A Good Stop On Any Walking Tour Of The Town. Lookouts
Located at the Hermitage of Santa Lucia is this viewing point which was once the lookout point of the fishing village and had two lighthouses. The spot overlooks the harbour area. Even on a dreary day, the view were excellent and we could just about see the monument to the Marquis of Comillas. A good stop on any walking tour of the town.See more..
This mirador offers stunning views across the cantabrian landscape. We sat here for nearly a couple of hours in peace and tranquility, seeing just a few other couples come and go! The vultures swoop by really close if you keep still, which is amazing if you don’t usually get to see birds of prey. A great opportunity to get some amazing shots of nature and shut off from the rest of the world. A perfect spot!! See more..
