4.5Puerto de Malaga(6.670 reviews) - Nice walk and area to pass the time. Spent 1-2 hours Points of Interest & Landmarks • Piers & Boardwalks
This is a very nice stretch to stroll along and take in the views and sights. We walked along the Paseo de Los Curas and found lots of cafes, restaurants and shops as well as street performers - singers, dancers and acrobats. There is a 'roof', of sorts, that does give a light bit of shade during hot and sunny days and there is a panoramic view of the harbour with its yachts and bigger ships. It does get very busy especially when the cruise ships are visiting.See more..
4.0Puerto Banus Marina(5.890 reviews) - One visit per holiday Wednesday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Marinas • Piers & Boardwalks
You can’t really visit this area and not have even just a brief walk around this harbour. It is absolutely beautiful with the boat bobbing on the water with the white buildings in the mountains in the background. We tend to just explore rather than go in any of the very expensive and exclusive shops. There are plenty of restaurants and bars as well but you do tend to pay for the surroundings and views. Something new to see on every visit and we always enjoy our time there.See more..
4.0Muelle de las Carabelas(1.010 reviews) - A wonderful museum Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM Speciality Museums • Historic Sites • Piers & Boardwalks
We almost did not visit due to a previous review about no ENGLISH signage. We were surprised to be able to converse in English at the ticket booth (1.50 euros per person) receive an English language pamphlet and at every station in the museum read each display in English. The visit was informative and the ships authentic and being allowed to explore each one was a bonus. I would highly recommend this important piece of history to anyone in the area.See more..
4.5Paseo Maritimo de la Ria(110 reviews) - A city, its river and unforgettable sunsets ... Wednesday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Piers & Boardwalks
The beautiful boulevard of "Paseo Marítimo de la Ría" was opened in 2016 on the left bank of river Odiel. Designed by Martínez Lapeña-Torres Arquitectos, it became immediately a symbol of modern Huelva, connecting "Muelle del Tinto" and "Monumento a Colón - Monumento a la Fe Descubridora", other two top Huelva's tourist attractions. Amphitheaters, pergolas, kiosks, WCs and hundreds of pine trees complete the scene. Ideal for long walks and inner-reflections. Take your time, order some tapas, a glass of wine and get ready for an unforgettable sunset. Enjoy!See more..
5.0La Cerrada de Elias(91 reviews) - Beautiful, take your swimming costume! Piers & Boardwalks
We went on a walk up this gorge. It's a beautiful place and lots of photo opportunities. There are lots of places to swim in the river as you go up, so make sure you take your swimming costume because we didn't and missed out on the full experience! We also went in July, the weather was 43 degrees which made forma very very hot walk. We managed about 1/2 the walk before we turned around. The first 1/4 of the walk is along a gravel track which I think your land rovers drive up. It's very hot here with little shade. The next section is along boards on the side of the rock. This is by far the best bit of the walk. Offering shade and beautiful scenery. I don't know if you are able to drink the water from the river - we didn't but lots of people were doing. I suggest taking plenty with you though as there are no shops etc to buy water from! I would highly recommend this place, for either a proper hike or just to come and walk 200m and go for a swim!
