This bar is located inside the market, it is very popular with the locals, they use it as a pit stop for tapas and a drink of beer or wine while shopping around in the market, in this market, we experienced the local culture, a bit of their lifestyle, the tapas they like to eat at this bar, this place tells the story of Malaga lifestyle. If you’re visiting this market then you could stop by this bar and enjoy some delicious seafood or other types of tapas along with a drink. The quality of tapas here is good and it also provides a great value for money, we enjoyed a small break from our busy sightseeing in Malaga with a drink and a few tapas at this bar. Some of the popular tapas here are Brochettes of prawns and octopus, crispy-fried lemon-marinated Boquerones. See more..

Friday 13th May we visited this market in the centre of Cadiz which was built on the site of a Farmers' Market which dated from the 1890s. We entered the Market through a rather grand arched gateway with the flag of Cadiz flying above it. The inside is lined with stalls selling meat, vegetables and fish, a stong stomach is required if visiting the fish market, we had a quick look from a distance. Household goods were also on sale here. Here is definitely designed for those people who enjoy their food, it is definitely a foodies paradise. with over a hundred stall and outlets selling all types of food to suit every taste. The foodstalls are lined up underneath the covered walkway, supported by columns, with their tables and chairs spilling out onto the courtyard they surround. Great spot to sit with tapas a glass of wine or a cold beer. There is even and an area Rincón Gastronómico, Gourmet Corner, which opened in 2009. See more..
