If you’re visiting this market then you could stop by this bar and enjoy some delicious seafood or other types of tapas along with a drink. The quality of tapas here is good and it also provides a great value for money, we enjoyed a small break from our busy sightseeing in Malaga with a drink and a few tapas at this bar. A Spanish mercado for locals
Great experience!!! All kinds of foods and some other items for sale. Unbelievable fruit, both familiar and strange kinds, Several places in and around for a sit down meal. CAUTION There are enough foolish tourists coming through to promote rip offs by candy stalls and the raisin and dried fruit sellers. They will double and triple the amount that you request despite your telling them that you only want a small amount and will refuse to reduce the amount. They will also raise the price per unit as well. If they won't cooperate, don't buy anything from them. Don't be a victim!

Food heaven
Not only is the building amazing, but the produce being sold in the numerous stalls were to die for. While so many restaurants to choose from, this market demanded we buy local produce and cook one meal in our apartment and as the quality was so high, we cooked foods we don’t normally get at home. Also grabbed gorgeous coffee and morning fresh juices for breakfast most mornings.
