   Was there on my Anniversary..with family..got upgraded 3 bedroom pool villa..was too good..Resort is very nice,comfy..staff is also very good..not very crowded on Thursday but people arrived by Saturday..beach is just few steps across the road..it was a great stay..highly recommended..have local Thai food n Italian food options nearby..many activitives n games for children also there..    Hike to the cave was relatively steep. But it was manageable for us although we were not the most outdoor-sy people around. Proper footwear for the hike would be best. Hiking the the cave and seeing the temple inside was great! I really like the fact that there are many information boards during the hike to share facts about the place. We could have hired a guide for 200tbh at the main restaurant area but only realised this after the hike. Aside from the temple, there are also inscriptions on the cave walls and also natural earth formations like stalagmites and stalactites as well as a dry waterfall. Will definitely recommend this attraction to everyone if you are fit to hike. Fee to enter is 200tbh. Refreshments can be bought at the restaurant at the start of the hike at Laem Sala beach.    My house is near Talnjedyod temple. Every auspicious day my parents take me to make merit, offer offerings and release fish. This place used to be just a normal temple. But now has developed a lot. It is decorated with stucco and trees. very ornamental flowers This place is also a place to listen to the Dharma and the Dharma camp for children.    Did a short 350m odd hike (according to internet sources) after buying tickets (200tbh) to the Phraya Nakhon cave. Hike was quite steep initially but slowly eased out. There were also multiple viewpoints to take photos at during the hike. The beach itself was clean and relatively quiet with both locals and tourists. There were also individual and double swings which served as good photo spots. We saw some tourist asking the tourism people (in purple tops) working there to help them take photos which they seem polite and obliging about. After the hike to and fro Phraya Nakhon cave. We wanted to take a boat back to the main entrance as we figured the view would be the same. However, the waves were too big and no boats were operating. So we had to hike back. The hike back was easier though. Would recommend to do the hike to the beach to maximise your trip to the Phraya Nakhon cave. See more..

   This is a Local food market is held only twice a week. Here is where the Tai buy their weekly food. We went there cycling from the Dolphin Bay Resort. It's only 10 minutes. We met not one other tourist, and the locals seemed not to mind is strolling along there. But then Tai always are friendly. You will find all kinds of food, clothes, necessities and the occasional phone shop. All prices are absolute low.    Admission ticket is 200THB per person. The ticket is valid for 1 day and can be used to enter multiple sites of the national park. This place is beautiful and is a nice place to spend an hour or so. So start early so you have time to visit other placed. You are not able to walk the whole board walk due to disrepair.    If you want to explore a real cave - dark and fun... mysterious and adventurous - then do this on way to or from the Phraya Nakhon Cave (it is very close, so don't miss it). The cave is dark, so don't save the baht instead get a head-light as you will need it. You do have to go on all 4's (hands and feet) is a few sections but that only adds to the drama. You climb into the cave via a ladder... its so good. Yes its steep getting to the cave - but only short. Yes the path is not as defined - but its good. Yes there are a few bats in the cave - but they are more scared of you so fly away. So good... but please - BE CAREFUL See more..
