4.5Marina Rubicon(9.529 reviews) - Eating , drinking , ice creams , shopping , market day , strolling along Spent More than 3 hours Marinas
Spent two weeks staying close to the Marina Rubicon. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Playa Blanca. It’s beautiful. So many restaurants to choose from you’ll be spoilt for choice. Recommend La Cubierta, Arabella’s at the Marina , Trattoria Il Commendatore & Cafe Berrugo. Great entertainment/ live music at night in various locations , recommend The flagship bar , Cafe Berrugo & Oasis Marina bay. Lots of shops to browse , huge market twice a week & many places to just sit and chill with an ice cream , coffee or smoothie & take in the gorgeous views. See more..
4.5Old Town Harbour(1.623 reviews) - Great for a days visit / beautiful place Marinas
Like many places in Lanzarote, Puerto del Carmen was originally a small fishing village, and the old harbour is still a delightful place to visit, boasting some excellent bars, restaurants and excursions running out of the harbour.See more..
4.5Puerto de Mogan(674 reviews) - Afternoon trip from Maspalomas Marinas
We went by public transport, bus route 32, which runs directly from Maspalomas to Puerto de Mogan circa twice per hour. Note that the last bus already departs at around 5:30pm and it can get very busy, so no gurantee that everyone who wants to go will get on. We were queueing for the last bus of the day and once it arrived people from behind were pushing and forcing their way in, extremely rude. You literally had to fight to get on. Taxis are around 35 euros but on that day there were long queues at the taxi stand as well and no taxis. Other than that Puerto de Mogan is very charming and definitely worth a visit. If you want a sunbed at the small, sheltered beach, you should go early, when we arrived in the afternoon all sun beds were already taken. We took a lazy stroll through village and had late lunch in one of the many fish restaurants at the waterfront. See more..
Lovely little coastal village with so much charm. We only stopped for an hour or so, to eat our packed lunch & enjoy the atmosphere of the place. Plenty of eateries & a long black sand beach. Some very nice pretty original looking buildings, unfortunately a few modern looking ones which look out of place. One of those places where modern doesn't belong. See more..
