Afternoon trip from Maspalomas

We went by public transport, bus route 32, which runs directly from Maspalomas to Puerto de Mogan circa twice per hour. Note that the last bus already departs at around 5:30pm and it can get very busy, so no gurantee that everyone who wants to go will get on. We were queueing for the last bus of the day and once it arrived people from behind were pushing and forcing their way in, extremely rude. You literally had to fight to get on. Taxis are around 35 euros but on that day there were long queues at the taxi stand as well and no taxis. Other than that Puerto de Mogan is very charming and definitely worth a visit. If you want a sunbed at the small, sheltered beach, you should go early, when we arrived in the afternoon all sun beds were already taken. We took a lazy stroll through village and had late lunch in one of the many fish restaurants at the waterfront.

    Beautiful & picturesque place
I made a query regarding the Puerto de Morgan Tour, and Cynthia was accommodating. I’ve booked this tour with Sunbonoo; she even calls me to squeeze us in for last-minute bookings, which we thoroughly appreciate.
We did the tour with a boat ride to visit the Friday market. The port is charming. There are plenty of boats in the harbour and many market stalls right down the slopes of the upper town. The boat crew (Team Leader) was informative, and his jokes made us laugh & LCT Europe Tour did a good job and pick up & drop off were on time. The boat ride we’ve enjoyed most compare to the bus ride on the way back. Upon arrival on the island, the guide pointed out some interesting facts, directions & critical facilities that may require. We do like the idea that we are freely browsing and exploring the island, giving us enough time to do so. The village is beautiful, picturesque and worth the detour; however not quite Venice (only 1x canal). Spend a couple of hours taking pictures of the harbour, strolling the narrow streets with the pretty houses covered with flowers. We went to a local restaurant for lunch and grabbed some gelato while chilling around the beach.
