4.5Teide National Park(5.847 reviews) - A must visit Spent 1-2 hours Mountains • National Parks • Geologic Formations • Volcanos
Strange volcanic rock formations and spectacular scenery distinguish this park, which surrounds Mount Teide, an active volcano and the highest peak in Spain.See more..
It's relatively easy to get to the top with a beautiful view. You must visit if nearby, don't bother to come if you are far. Google maps does not show the right path to the enter to the mountain. It's all blocked by closed residence buildings, a little tricky to find the path but it's visible on the satellite layer view on Google Maps Not suitable for strollers.See more..
4.5Las Montanas de Anaga(1.030 reviews) - Fabulous scenery but badly sign-posted walks! Mountains
Cruz del Carmen has an information centre with staff who speak many languages so it is not difficult to make your requests, but once on the path, the free map is not so helpful and often the signposts are non-existent. However, the scenery is absolutely stunning, so even if you get lost, it's still a fabulous place. We arrived by bus from La Laguna, but if you drive, you will need to get there early as the car park fill up quickly. A small cafe sells food and drink (tuna pasties are highly recommended!).See more..
4.5Pico de las Nieves(443 reviews) - What a view! Spent < 1 hour Mountains • Lookouts
Wow! Just wow! If you are looking to get away from the resorts and explore the true island, get a hire car and drive. The drive in and around the mountains is certainly not for the faint hearted, although worth every hair pin bend, twists and single track road. There is a lovely Spanish gentleman with a truck selling light refreshments, snacks and sun cream. This is a fantastic area for hiking and trails in the “winter”. Unfortunately in excess of 40 degrees Celsius the day we were up, to hot for hiking! Not recommend if you are a nervous driver or have passengers that experience motion sickness!See more..

4.5Montana Bermeja(8 reviews) - Wonderful red mountain and views from the top! Mountains
Montaña Bermeja (Red Mountain, in English) is probably the highest mountain in La Graciosa Island, a small island next to Lanzarote. It is obviously a mountain with red rocks and sand due to old volcanos. I decided to walk to the top and really it was an amazing idea because from the top you can see amazing views in 360° (from Lanzarote Island to other opposite uninhabited islands and the same La Graciosa) and you can see and walk on red sand and stones. Very curious and lovely. Also, if you arrive at top, you can see the views of the opposite site, where there are some cliffs. Excellent! A top in La Graciosa! 4.5Montaña Amarilla(2 reviews) - Very nice Yellow Mountain Mountains
Montaña Amarilla is literally a Yellow Mountain located in La Graciosa Island, a small island next to Lanzarote, one of the Canary Islands. It is a very nice mountain with this colour due to volcano rocks, which you can see, if you go by bike from the main town (Caleta de Sebo) of the island. I came here and only see it from below, because I was tired. However the views are very beautiful.
