Nice walk takes about an hour from the start (the big stairs) and is pretty rough in a few places hence the need for footwear a bit better than flip-flops. A collection of nice restaurants when you reach Puerto Calero and the option of waliking back or taking the water bus for about 8 euros. This long beautiful promenade is the place specially in the evening when you are in Gran Canaria. The beach is very clean. On one side there are a number of restaurants and bars which get crowded in the evening. A long walk during sunset is highly recommended. Worth visiting...See more..

Visited Corralejo at the end of August & at the end of September, & took a few strolls along the harbour edge. In August things were starting to look a bit busier, with more peeps around, but by the end of September, after the British & German Quarantine restrictions, plus the Spanish kiddies going back to school, the place was so much quieter. Fingers crossed the Winter season gets chance to develop.See more..
